[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

My mobile no is [protected]


I have charging for activation VAS packs on my mobile. I didn't do anything.
When I called to the aircel customer care they have explained, " you have activated the VAS service".

This is my 6 deduction.

Whenever I called to the Customer care they had taken a complaint.

I didnt refund any amount.

I am really frustated with the network/
I have been using the network for past 5 years.

my no. is [protected]. i am using this sim from past three months.now daily my balance is deducted without any message any customer care at 198 is unable to help. i am making reacharge of 500;600 per month if this issue is not solved before 18 july i am going to change my sim.

sir my no. [protected] i always hav a problem of balance deduction for my number. the company automatically starts any scheme without prior permission nd deduct my balance .whenever i tried calling customer care they did not responce any of the time. the customer care is very careless plzz look at the above if not will go to consumer forum .
Respected sir/madam my balance was deducted on 24/7/2014 for Dial N Chat and I had just recieve the call and not press any button to active this service but this service was automatically activated and my Rs 30 was deducted.i had registered the complain for the same (complain no. 1-[protected]) on dated 24/7/2014. On 25/7/2014 i received a message complain has been resolved .But i have not received my balance till now .Kindly Reimburse the amount .

My balance 50rs got deducted by yesterday, this seriously cheating the customer I have Internet balance but still the amount 50rs deducted from the main account, , I have called to customer care they replying I have download some kind of pack so it got deducted & they wont refund the money...there is no confirmation messages for the deduction also the downloaded content this is not first time it is happening, this issue frequently when ever I open Internet some amount surely will deducted from main account and the customer care says same story...Aircel cheating there customer simply deducting the money from account without consumer confirmation...

My name is Aneesh MR, I am a customer of aircel in Karnataka circle.My no. is [protected].from that no around 80.00 was debited on 17 th Augest by the company with out any reason. Immediately I cal customer care, I got response that their system
up gradation was running & to contact after 24 hrs. Next day (18th) morning I speaked custmer care executive and they asked 24 hours .After that time my money was not refund and custmer care executive not give me any good answer.so please take this is a complaint and help me to refund the money.
Every week there is balance deduction intentionally without using any of the services by Aircel It is happening from last 2 months. My phone no. is [protected]. Kindly consider and resolve it . Seeking for positive response.
I am deeply fade of with aircel service.every time they deducted my main blc without any reason.this time its the name of 3g.actually i recharged 197 pack (3g data pack) on 27sept means today.then i used my service for 2 to 3 sec.but they deducted rs.12 from my main balance.this is ridiculous .i called for customer service but they are not responding to my complaint.i want my money back.my no is:[protected].

Balance duct on my mobile no (+91) [protected] (West Bengal Circle) on continuously on regular basis with the date on[protected],[protected] Times), &[protected] but when i call to call centre they are either cut the call or told me to call after 2 Hour / 24 Hour due to system slow but when we i call within stipulated time provided by the customer care executive they told that already time period is over we can't able to refund your balance.
If my balance in not return within today, I have 5 Aircel connection in my family and 26 friends are using Aircel service provider will positively port the connection to Other Operator within 29th September, 2014.
balance of rupees 15 have been deducted from my no. [protected] . I am not getting exact reason so refund it immediately.

Itne paise mere no se kate gaye bina bat k ab tang aa gaya hu is company Qki custmer care ne b mere no. k call ka koi jawab nhi dete hai ab to sirf ek hi rasta hai mai consumer forum me hi apeel karu.
