[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

aircel is just like hell..deducting a lot of money uslessly and without any information.Even though I cal to company they dont provite information that can satisfy me.after 2 time calling they didnt puck up...is it a realy duty of aicel customr care service?? As aicel serve people better know d value of 1paise... why aircel activate automatic value added servise without concerning our choose..?? It better to inform before activate any service...dont think only income for u but also for people...

whenI called customer care 198 they said me their is a system up gradation problem please do call after 2 hrs nd thir this problem continued for 4 days and in between theirresponse was just disgusting. A representative of them disconnected my call in between and other just told me don't distrub us by calling again nd again. my balance got deducted I got harasse. I request to you refund my deducted balance. Thank you.

Evry tym i rchrg or hv enuf blnc in my acount, i get a txt "thanks for using aircel service" and my blnc gets reduced about 5rs to 50rs each tym. Wn i cal customer care they say som service s activatd nd i ask dem to cancel it.. im sure i dint use any unwantef service.. nd d nxt day, again tis continues.. nd agn i cal.. nd agn nd agn nd agn.. im nt a kid to do mistakes evry day.. u nvr get a refund too.. wt am i suposd to do.. my no. 18.05.2014 evening the balance
was 91.83 rs. and I ve not performed any
operation. but the whole
amount is deducted and now it is 0.01 rs.
my request to aircel to refund the amount and

I have sent a sms to stop all value added services on date 25may2015 & got the reply from that there is no vas service activated on my number. So on date 05june2015 I recharged my account with 155 and get 40 rs in main balance but 30 rs deducted as charged the renewd a service of video talkies. So it's my humble request that please refund my balance as i got wrong information by the company.

Hello . On my number, [protected], two services were activated via internet ads without my consent. A sum of 10 rupees was deducted . I demand a full refund since I have not used any of the services that were activated. Thanks . I hope for a swift resolution.

i have recharged a night pack of 44rs at 12:30am on date 20th june . Before that i have main balance of 348rs . although i have a net pack my net charges deducted from my main balance. so please help me to refund of my main balance as it is a heavy amount for me.

Aircel Deducted my Rs 140...

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs 10/- got deducted dated- 20/6/2015 due to Activation of VAS NONSTOP60- techzone through IVR. Credit of 10/- have been posted in your A/C from our end dated -26/6/2015 .

complaint no. 1-[protected] not solved.
MY aircel no is [protected] .My bal is deducted on 28 June 2015 of 95Rs. On the same day I given a complaint. They Told that my a/c will refund by 95Rs in 48hours. But, I didn't get it till 5th June 2015. And now if i call to customer care they cut my call without giving me proper information.
it feels to me that they had put my no. in no reply zone.
