[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

31-7-12 ko mere connection par 23 rupees aircel company ne kat liye and koi jankari nahi di gayi. Customer care pe call karne par batya gaya ki apke number par 23 rupees call rate pack ativat kiya gaya hai. And yeh auto ativat hua hai. Mera balance refand nahi kiya gaya na hi plan ko deativat kiya gaya. Plz mera balance refund karwane ki help kare. Mo.[protected]

i received a message from aircel on 7/8/12 ( all local A-A calls at just 15p/min at Rs 8 for 30 days ) & they gave a no. (*122*019#) for recharge but after dailing that no. they charged Rs 19 for that offer, i have complaint several times they are not responding properly . Today i gone to aricel center to know the status but they again asked 24hrs & finally they told i[censored] receive any message u should call customer call & ask the details ...
This shows how they cheat the customers & get the balance from them, for one day from one person they are getting min 1 also its benifit for them .

I request all consumer to be careful when using this network better we all be careful & avoid using aircel

i was using aircel service last 4yr,my mb no. Is [protected] m not facing any single problem, now a days my mb balance debited amount 10 rs twice a month. Reason for deduction is aircel powerplay which i was not did. I log a crm for the same no. is 1-[protected] & Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 25/8/2012.Manage your account online at aircel.com....there is no action tekan by the aircel service provider they gave only complaint no. That sit.....so kindly request you to plz help me out for the same & reverse my 20 rs balance asap in my account .

very pathetic, poor service given by the aircel provider because i am waiting for my complaint revert.

Aircel company has deducted balance rupees 10/- from [protected] by activating "Mothers day pack" on 4th october 2012 without my permission.When I sayed them to refund my balance they ignored it.My number is registerder in DND but I had to face such problem.
please look into the matter.

I am Nilesh Pandey customer of Aircel using mobile no.[protected] deduct Rs.5/- for 1 SMS on dt.[protected] .whenever already used 10 p/- for 1 sms activating.
I am calling to customer care every day from 25.10.2012 many time but i have not yet call to cutomer care. I also sent sms to aircel customer care. But not get solution yet. So, I am cheated from aircel. Please help me.
Aircel Daily Panchang service has been activated without my concent in my phone.At times 30/- or 7/- is deducted from my balance even though i never wanted the subscription service. I want to deactivate it.Please HELP!

Aircel Mobile — deduction of balance without submitting reasons

Dear sir
I am using aircel mobile NO [protected] which was recharged for Rs 110/- three time but the amount got deducted within day without giving any reply from the mobile company. It is totally injustice with the users and company deducting the amount without prior permission from customer.
Hi its me Rajesh from siliguri yesterday aircel deducted my Rs30 from my main balacne without i actived anything, i have question to aircel communication why doing so such thing, before 2 week ago they actived themself(weight loose tips)which i dn't want also, so many time they active in my cell no[protected] cricket pack, govt job etc, this such unwanted things i don't want, and my request is don't dedct my amount without my information, and i want my balance refund, if you want my complain details go through my cell no recorded which i so many time complain to costumer care, i hope you will coperate me.to not disconnect the aircel network, Thank you
