[Resolved] Airtel — SIM Activation | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile from Subhikha which is having free airtel connection along with it. This was on 11.05.2008. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated. Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and each time a get a different reply. One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system Was this information helpful? | |

Hi there, I'm a retailer & enquired for airtel lapu sim approximately 3 month before. 2 Days later salesman come to my shop & ask me 4 documents. I give them my documents and photos, he said that sim come after 3 days... even after 3 days i didn't get the sim... i call them again but this time salesman changed because he left job... after that new salesman also took my documents again... and after long arguments and office visits & lots of calls to everyone in the office, i get the sim after 2 months but not not activated till now... what can I do now??

I purchased a new airtel 4G sim on 16.08.2015. The shop man told that today night itself the sim will be activated. But three days gone, my sim was not activated. I again asked that shop what is the reason for not activating the sim. The shop man simly told you go and ask airtel person. Its not my duty to activate the sim. I dont know whom i want to ask to activate my sim.
I purchased an airtel sim from Airtel dealer located in nehru place Delhi by mr. Nitish (Mobile [protected]) dated 30th October 2015 submitting a valid delhi ID proof and a photogragh. he assured me that the number will be activated next day and it is 3rd november, he is not picking my calls. i have given him Rs.155 for activating the same with the package he suggested.
