INSTALLATION OF MOBILE TOWER IN MIDST OF SLUM AREA AT GANESHNAGAR, DAHISAR (EAST), MUMBAI

I would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Ganesh Nagar, Dahisar (East), Mumbai - 400 068, in regard to installation of Mobile Tower in midst of slum area at Ganesh Nagar, Rawalpada, Dahisar (East), Mumbai – 400 068 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Shamlal Kanojia, resident of Ganesh Nagar, Rawalpada, Dahisar (East), Mumbai – 400 068, had licensed his premises to Airtel Mobile Company for installation of 50 ft. Mobile Tower in midst of slum area of Ganesh Nagar. When residents of Ganesh Nagar, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Shamlal Kanojia for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Mumbai Mirror and Maharashtra Times. Inspite of this, the said Mr. Shamlal Kanojia, flatly refused to paid any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Ganesh Nagar that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license.”
As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effect on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building hence, the said Mobile Company choosing slum area as they know that, the slum people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.

I will Inserted My Airtel Company SIM Card in China Mobile then it will give the problems. The problem is that, SIM Locked / SIM Rejected then iam contact ur distributor then he told me ur sim is bloked plz. paid 200/- Rs. and take same number new sim.
Plz. solve my problem. & Give Service good. Plz tell ur distributor about ur company service b'coz he will not give the properly service to ur airtel SIM. So Plz I request U Plz Tell Ur Distributor give the service good.

Advantages of choosing my plot:

I am a agent & I have connection with head offices of many telecom
companies & we deal with all companies & they will give you a ammount
of UP TO (Maximum) 30000 Rs P/m as a rent. If your land/roof top is
selected by there local engineer they will offer you a Less or more 10
year contract & the 7-8 month Rent in advance. That means IF they pay
you 25000 Rs per month as a Rent then your advance ammount duting the
time of contract singh is 200000. & the next 10 year your income will
be minimum 25000 P/M Or they can increase it in future.
Now What is my interest, When you receave your ammount I will take 3
Month of rent as my fee. That means 75000 Rs.& A legal contract will
be singed bitween me & property owner about this.
If you are Middleman Then I will give you 15 Days Rent as a comission.
