[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — Refusal for delivering courier and usage of foul language

This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.

Primafacia - The executive called on phone for delivering the credit card.he fixed up the time 12.pm and then arrived late on 25th december.1.45 pm
he called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of the card.
finally, the person came with the delivery package and used abusive language when asked for the delay and refused to deliver the package(credit card) sent from barclays bank.
in the mean time he collected the pan card and wrote the pan card number on his receipt book and then went away with the card.
he even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.

If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

second concern is the collection of credit card any how that bank has to see how they will get me that courier delivered.

Dear Sir,

I am also one of the person who likes to share the bad experience with Blue Dart.

I have a consignment bearing Airway Bill no [protected]. I called customer care of blue dart and told them no body will be there at my residence on week days and i used to go out for work at 7 AM and back only after 9PM.

I requeste them to deliver the consignment between 9 to 12 pm on saturday but it is unfortunate to hear that they have entered 9 to 5 pm.

This is the first VERY VERY BAD Experience for me with courier people and even after informing i will not be available at home on weekdays, they came to my house and put a TAG saying "SORRY TO MISSED YOU". But i dont know what for they are coming even ater informing i am not there.

Requesting you to take appropriate action and change some of your non standard rules and deliver the consignment on committed date and time as we are also having other works apart from collecting BLUE DART courier.

I will assure that i will suggest everyone dont go for BLUE DART courier instead go for Local Courier Service provider who are prompt in their service.

A customer has got nothing to do with the internal problems of company.
When you claim something and expect people to come to you, you must deliver
otherwise, you'll lose customers. I'll never use blue-dart again if it doesn't deliver the docs tomorrow morning.

I have never seen such third class services as are provided by Ble Dart,

While Delivering Credit card/ Bank Kit to me blue dart never delivered the same even to my uncle at home even if i left my ID at home, and during talking with Blue dart officials/ employees they always use cheap language, non responsive replies.

Now one more hit happened in my office, when blue dart delivery boy refused to deliver courier to my employee asking him to present authority letter to receive courier.

Blue dard service is like Bull-.

This is regarding delay in delivery of courier which suppose to get delivered in same city.

In spite of after two days from pickup company is saying that it would get delivered by today.

And since item was delivered on time we have lost a big deal.


If a company blue dart is not concerned about the delivery timelines ...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience one would never want to use blue dart services.

The Shipment No [protected]. It is confirmed that it will delivered on 31Jul. Then it was confirmed that it will delivered on 01Aug. I contact ed today on[protected]. Mr Balvinder has used foul languange with me. He said nobody was there where as in actual Executive of Blue dart did'nt come there and Mr Balvinder refused to deliver the package(credit card) sent from HDFC Bank. He even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.

If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

This is the best service i got from Bluedart. Like every year, this year too I bought a large candle for my mom's birthday. And like every year I went to bluedart to courier it.

Guess what they tell me... Candle wax is inflammable. I wondered aloud, "When did that happen?"
And guess what again? They replied... June 1st 2009. I mean wow! How did candle wax become inflammable? I wonder how my candle never caught fire till date...

It happened at the St. Mark's road branch that is right next to Bishop Cotton Boys' School.

Bluedart just lost a customer... Such uneducated people handling my consignments? No thank you.

I had sent one courier on friday(11-sep-09) which was to be delivered urgently the next day before first half as clearly mentioned to u r pick-up & Customer Care Associate.The courier after repeatedly following up for the whole day got delivered at 17.00 hrs.

Is this the kind of service level provided by u to the client.Its really hard to keep following up the whole to get 1 courier delivered.

On 14/09/09 I rcvd call from #[protected] that Dear himansu we have a courior for you.We dispatch it today EOD.
After that I called so many times to this no there are an Executive "ANU" at Okhla branch Delhi.
She first rcvd the call and told me call me after 30 min you call us we update your parcel status.
But after that time still morning 11 AM till now she picked the phone and don't give any ans and cut the phone.
It happened more than 50 time.
I thought this is a good service but I really realize that It is a worst courior service.
Plz try much more time for changing the bhavior towards cstmr..
what the worst service they r providing my shipment is not dilevering since four days the support number which has been provided is the worst service i ever faced . the person sitting there is totally make false commitment just they pick and hold the call . nisha sachin and others...no one has came to my place yet but they r showing that person is visited and no one is there to collect and reality is m waiting at my home since two days no one has came yet...awb#[protected]

Not sure what kind of service Blue Dart guys have started delivering offlate. A cheque book from ICICI Bank addressed to my Uncle "Mohd Asim Hussain" under AWB69275384 was dispatched on 25th and got delivered to someone on 29th. When he confirmed from the bank, after receiving an SMS, he lodged a complain with your firm but nothing has happened since then. Ideally check book or Credit and Debit cards are delivered after collecting ID proof from consignee and this was delivered without any notification and they still call themselves as the best Courier Firm.
Kindly review and advice the corrective action against that courier guy and the office responsible for this delivery.

The staff of Kanpur branch are very careless, nehligence and lazy.
Our all consignment delivered to us very late.No body responce on dot phone[protected], 2398314)
and if call them by cell phone([protected]) they not reply properly and if attend the phone than they replied very stupid.

Our consignment from New Delhi ([protected]) from New Delhi on 8th Oct-09 but till time (9th Oct-09, 6.00PM) not recd. and after contact by cell phone ([protected]) he told that the above consignment will deliver on 10th Oct-09 because the packet recd. to us at 3 PM on 9th Oct.

Sir,

The undersigned had handed over an envelop containing Railway Reservation Ticket for delivery at Chimcholi, Off Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai on 14th October, 2009 at 12 Noon at your office at Sanjay Place, Agra. It was confirmed by the receiving clerk concern that the delivery of the said envelop will be made 100% on next day in morning. It was obvious that when your company is charging 10 times more in comparison to other courier service, the under signed was assured that the delivery will be made.

That when the delivery of the envelop was not made till 2.30 PM on 15th October, I sent my staff clerk to enquire and it was told that due to delay in flight, the delivery could not be made and definitely it will be made by 5.30 PM.

Further when the delivery was not made by 6.30 PM, I and my wife went to your office and it was told that the said envelop is lying at Santacruz Mumbai Air Port and no delivery will be made. Several phones were made by us at your Mumbai Office and e-mails to various officials were sent by your Agra Office for the urgent delivery of the envelop as the person to whom the ticket was to be delivered has to leave the addressee place by 9 PM. In spite of every efforts and repeated phones no delivery could be made by your end. This caused heavy loss of time and money.

I, therefore, request you to kindly refund the charges of Rs. 230/- taken by the company for the above mentioned Airway Bill along with the loss of Rs. 3, 000/- in respect of the Railway Reservation Ticket to the bearer, otherwise I shall be compelled to take legal action against you by instituting case in the Court.
