[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — non deleivery

One Courier had been dispatched by Standard Chartered Bank in My name on 6th October'08, on the address given beloe :-

Noe the Bank has informed me that the courier has been returned to them as underlivered.
Even on the packet my mobile no. was mentioned [protected], your courier people could not inform me before returning the packet to the bank.
Eralier also you people do comes up stairs to 2nd floor and he asked me to come down to the ground floor and to collect the packet or he will return the same to the senders as undelivered.

please look in the matter and take proper action against your delivery boy.

I got a cash on delivery parcel from india today book club, New delhi and the local blue dart office staff( Tirupati_517 502, andhra pradesh) called me on 26th june 2009 and said that you got a parcel. I said that please kindly deliver to my address. But, till now I have not received the parcel. Yesterday also I enquired with office but they are not responding properly.

How many days they will take to deliver the items ? Is it correct ?

After Folow up from morning 9.30 am to 8.30 p.m Shipment no AWB[protected] From HDFC Bank New Account Opening Kit Has not been Delevered By The Great Bludart Courier.and they doesnt Worry about Complaint to the bank and creating own false thing like Door Lock, Not Providing ID.Not a Such of This Adress and they not want to delered the Shipment at office.
