[Resolved]  broadband and voice connection — deactivate the connection

Sir,

I am Dwarka Prasad Agrawal. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my account no. is 14244879.my landline no. is[protected].
Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
second time.But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out

sir, I wants to deactivate my net connection and landline connection because now a days no use of connection so i wants to cancel it.

I raised a complaint for my broadband service on[protected], The complaint no is 45805568 and 4551974. Regarding this I spoke with 8 customer care people and 2 nodal managers but still no technician has visited the place and the issue was not solved can you tell why it’s getting delayed after speaking with nodal managers.I don’t understand what you techteam is doing from past 2 weeks.

If you customer care team and technical team is not able to check the issue and resolve the issue Remove the connection

I never thought Airtel service will be like this and I never expect this type of worst service from Airtel

If you are not able to resolve the issue remove the connection, I do not required such a worst service provider (Airtel) Service.

Still there is response and when I called up to customer care they informed me ..call is closed …I am making call now and then and call was closed .

Really this highly unprofessional approach of your people… . seriously I don’t how Airtel is running …

Please disconnect the connection … This is my advice for you please it is good if you close your services.

This is my trail mail .. just now (17th of May 2011 Time 8:00 PM) again I called up to customer care and I got very surprising answer from the executive, he said that “we know you are calling us on daily basis and we are updating here nothing “ and when I asked him provide me any Email ID, he gave me one contact number …… that was really surprising, I called up on same number ( # [protected] Mr. Muhammad ) and Mr.Muhammad said I left the Job form Airtel .

Now please can someone thing not for me at least for other valuable customers.

This is Gaurav D, holding a Broadband connection from Airtel #[protected] .I am not able to browse internet and for the same I have logged a compliant on 13th of May ( Ref#[protected] in afternoon but till now call is unattained even I have not received any call from Airtel. I have called up so many times to customer and they have one single line answer “ Sorry Sir, will escalate the same “ but I don’t know where they have escalate, as still after 5 day’s problem is not resolved .Most difficult part is whenever I call to customer, I have to explain issue with different people and all are have one line answer “ Sorry Sir, will escalate the same “.

First time I call up on 13th may, they said will resolve the issue within 4 hours and we waited till 14th May (More than 30 hours ) evening but there was no response from anyone, then again called up on 14th may 2011 and they said tomorrow morning will someone attend your call but nobody turn up ……then again I called up and I have asked them can you please connect to your manager .. for that I was on hold for more than 25 minutes and result was, we will raise this issue sir and tomorrow morning by 11 AM someone will attended the same ….

Now I have no word to say as Airtel is brand name and support you can see.. one more thing I am living in heart of the Bangalore .. so I think there is no problem for communication also

Would somebody from Airtel, please save me from this mental suffering because of the unethical practice and an highly unprofessional approach of your people?????

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I was having an airtel broadband connection with no [protected] in the name of Dhaval Kishor Gore, Address : B-18, 5th Floor, Kumar Prangan, Karvenager, Pune : 411 052. I had a yearly plan for broadband connection. I had made a yearly payment to Bharti Airtel Limited vide dated 15/2/2010. I did not want to continue with the services and as such I had put the cancellation request on 28/1/2011. I registered another request on 8/2/2011. First request was not considered and 2nd request was confirmed in a month's time. Customer care personnel confirmed the cancellation on phone and deactivation procedure was completed and the connection with above number has been cancelled. In spite of this, I am getting bills for the airtel broadband and calls from Airtel regarding the payment of bills. Today I received a call from the lawyer that legal procedure against the collection has been started. I am unnecessarily getting harassed and suffering from the peace of mind.

airtel /internet connection — Not removing internet connection

We have raised application for removing internet connection of Airtel before 1 and half months but still our connection was not removed & their people calls us to carry the connection on.If we don't need connection why should we carry it on.They are forcing us to keep connection on.My name is Tarun Shukla ([protected].)They will have to give back our caution money amounted 1800/- at the time of removing connection.So they are not removing connection.

this mail is regarding to my bill . i m using airtel broadband connection .this connection was not used by me from some days.during that tym i have some balance.After some days one customercare called 2 me n offer a new plan which is going on nowadays n also offer ur outstandin bil reduced by 50%.my out standing bil was 2100 rupees after less it became 1050 which amount i have payed.n offer that further no bil genrate o[censored]r past connction.But i have 856 out standing bil of past connection.so please take some action for this problem.

I have airtel broadband connection ([protected]). I decided to close it. I have send mails. and also requested through
calls also. they are not taking my request since July 2011. Excecutive simply diconnecting the call.
Airtel is continuosly sending the bills.
