THIS KIND OF COMPANIES MUST BE SEALED BASED ON CONSUMER'S COMPLAINTS.

Its same with me, insted of goa trip offer was free uses for two month. I had purchased two Reliance netconnect plus Huawei EC168C model no. ZTE AC 871 on 22 Feb 09. which i recieved after month, from which one got activated after 1 april 09 and another still not activated yet. i had contineously following the complaint with them but no use vriti people call me n asked be at home varification person is on the way. it had happend 8 or 9 time nobady had shown up till today regarding the same, except cutoff through my salary as absent on job, when i go to reliance webworld they told me it is register on some different person and thing which bought through internet is nothing to do with webworld contact reliance care. when i call to reliance care they inform me to go again to webworld and ask them to call which webworld people avoid saying they are not bound to speak to someone else.

one more incident once i called to see are vriti person techinicaly sound or not, somebady name Jagjeet Singh was look like genius guy on asking about maximum capacity of SD memory card which it can read. he told there is no space for it & it is not meant for that use he argue alot with me to prove there is nothink such like that. what a shame people who sale product they dont even know what they are sailing !

its looklike this is fraud company saling cards to two people after geting paid nobady likes to give feedback even there top authorities mentioned "go through trailing email and solve the problem ! "
i dont understand if they cant solve the probleme they should not be on that post itself.

Anyone going to consumer court can give idea will like to stand by it.

Vriti Infocom seems to be a crook company. They keep changing their telephone numbers and office. Even I was promised free stay at a resort in Goa. I was skeptical about it and hence had asked them to give the holiday vouchers along with the datacard. I spoke to the local mumbai people - Gaurav, Lokesh... then their employee from Noida - Aamir - went to great lengths to explain that they will definitely give it within 2 weeks. Later, everyone's phone numbers changed and their office in Mumbai also got shifted. Its been 3 months since I bought the card - there is no response from them. Crooks!

I HAD ORDERED ONLINE A RELIANCE DATA CARD FOR INTERNET CONNECTION AND GOT DELIVERED ON AUGUST 3, 2009. I HAVE DONE ONLINE PAYMENT AND SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS ON SAME DAY - AUGUST 3, 2009 (SEE ATTACHED PAYMENT CONFIRMATION). MY ADDRESS VERIFICATION WAS DONE ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 5, 2009. THIS WAS DONE BY SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE/VRITI (CELL NUMBER OF PERSON IS [protected]). I WAS SAID MY CONNECTION WOULD GET ACTIVATED BY THURSDAY MORNING, BUT EVEN TODAY ON AUGUST 11, 2009 MY CONNECTION IS NOT ACTIVATED. I HAVE TWICE LOGGED REQUEST WITH RELIANCE (REQUEST NOS[protected] &[protected]. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO JOGINDER CHOUDHARY ([protected]) FROM VRITI INFOCOM WHO MADE SALES CALL TO ME BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION. YESTERDAY MORNING HE ASKED FOR 30 MINUTES OF TIME TO DO ACTIVATION BUT ITS OVER 24 HOURS THAT MY CONNECTION IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED AND NOW HE IS NOT EVEN ATTENDING MY CALLS.

I received call from Vriti-interactive.. but the person use to claim that he is from Reliance.. After many calls i agreed to buy the data card of Rs.3500 with 1049 plan (of which 200 discount for every month) and 3 days 2 nights stay in goa three star hotel which can be used within 365 days.

However since i dont trust Reliance product (all due respect to ppl of reliance).. i saw my e-mail again and realise tht this mail is send from Vriti interactive. Than i saw these blogs of complaint about vriti and reliance data card...

Finally i am saved.. thanks to u guys.. I would first go and confirm with reliance webworld whether they have these benefits on plan... taking this lucrative route of vriti can be distructive

vriti infocom pvt.ltd. — reliance netconnect fraud..false commitment

i hve baught relince netconnect data card from reliance..i booked the same online..after 3 day of my booking i got cal from reliance and they told me the plans .next day a deliveryboy from vriti infocom pvt.ltd.came n he tld me the plan that for first two months i wil get free unlimited internet access for the plan i avail, my device rsn no. is rlgcp[protected]. then after one month they disconnected my service and said that u havent paid ur bill...this is all false comittment that reliance is making..i contected them a couple of time..each time they avoided my complaint..now i lost my believe from reliance and i want to get my money reabursed..we r using reliance..gadgets for past 5 years bt this time i got badly disaponted i got cheated.they cheatd me..please help me out!my contact no. is [protected]

It seems that you all have had hard time with the company but also you all look to be well educated and responsible citizens. So why do'nt you get your complaints registered with Consumer forums in your area and the said company a lesson for life ?? Just go for it and morover this way you will save many others from getting in the trap !!! ALL THE BEST !!

I have taken a reliance net connect data card from vriti infocom but it is still not activated even after a week neither are these people responding to my calls.I am really fed up with the service of reliance.

maine bhi NetConnect Online book kiya aur hawa mein hi Goa bhi ghum Aaya !!

i got my reliance data card from vriti infocomm. With online booking there was a Goa holiday package offer included with the data card. after they sell their device they really dont care about activation and as well as their pomise they made earlier regarding Goa tour package.

Total fraud .. I have had a similar experience ...

First of all I would like to highlight the problem that I had faced during the activation process. All of the concened people have simple acted in typlical Indian work culture and style - displaying complete lack of honesty, shirking responsiblity, making frivolous bold statements and then no one is contactable ...

Noteworty here is Mr. Dinesh from your Mumbai GOregaon office whose phone has been coming unreachable since I got the card delivered from his office in Goregaon Mumbai.

No one even remotely discussed how I need to instal this and I had to take up my own cause fighting out with dumb people in reliance phone support at[protected]. (even this number comes unrachable at most times.

Now when my card is activated after all the fight and tussle, I find to my complete horror that the connection speed is even worse off than dial up connection ... this means that I have paid Rs. 3400 and am now faced with a Reliance net connect broadband plus data card (for which I will be paying a monthly rental of about 1100/ and am not even getting getting speed equal to the worthless MTNL dial up connection ...

I have now developed a phobia for the data card and refrain from using it ... for my critical office work ...

I want to know the process of getting my money back so that I can go to Tata Indicom photon plus ... whcih I have earlier tried and have seen good results which were promised and delivered what was promised.

I am planning to take the following steps if there is no response from your side -

1. File a complaint at all possible comsumer courts in India - Online and written.
2. Upload my experience with all the details of the order and my numbers etc. at all the major blogs and sites on the internet so that when anyone posts a web search regarding how the data card of relaince is, the person will see my story and not only select Tata Photon but in future not even touch any of reliance Infocom products ... I have a wireless land line of reliance which I have already planned to shut down and have taken a further MTNL connection ... going back to old PSU days as I now find out further about the dishonesty and loose moral standards and consumer care attitude of the private enterprises ...
3. Send all the details to Reliance authorities along with all details ...
4. Send this email to Mr. Anil Ambani and all senior management of the company to direct their attention to what is being done by scoundrels in the name of reliance and how they are eroding the trust of the consumer ... .

I wish your initiative of data card becomes a total failure so that no consumer like me gets cheated in future

I also had the same awful experience. The card took more than 10 days for activation, after a lot of effort from whole bunch of incompetent people from reliance and vriti. The customer care service is the worst which keeps on giving 24 hrs timeperiod for issue resolution continously for 10 days, without any shame. Vriti told me that my plan will be 10 GB Day + 10 GB night download for the first month without any rental.

But in the welcome call from Reliance, the details were completely different. It's is a 10 GB plan and I need to pay rental for first month also.

These people are are conducting fraud openly. Don't know how a company with such values has risen to such heights :)

And the best part is Reliance was asking me to contact Vriti and vice-versa for getting my issue resolved. They simply started a new service, without the right people to support it. I will try to prevent as many people as possible from going through this horror.

VRITI INFOCOM together with RELIANCE are running a total fraud. I too have been victim of there awful services. There staff is pathetic, there manager don't know a about the product or the services. They are just sitting and selling datacards irrespective of the fact, whether they work or not. Right from customer support to the top level manager, all are same. Total bogus company. ENTIRE COMPANY HAVE THE SAME FLOW RIGHT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Even after so many posts and blogs, nothing is happening. Customers are still being fooled every day.

IS THERE ANY BODY WHICH CAN PUT A FULLSTOP TO THESE FRAUD COMPANIES.

hi guys i too took a netconnect connection last week they activated with in 2 weeks but the goa package which they promised is bogus i have contacted them more then 10 times the only answer i have got till date is "we will surely get back to u regarding this please leave ur contact no. with us".i feel i am cheated.

Its really shameful to see that reliance is not taking any action against Vriti Infocom even after so many complaints. Vriti and Reliance work on simple principle... sell the products on fake promises and fool customers.

I bought a Reliance data card online through Vriti infocom, Delhi. The guy from Vriti ( Rohan ) told me that i will get 10 GB free data transfer for 1st month and a package to goa.

Both the things are fake marketing strategy by Vriti. As 10gb offer was on prepaid connection and that Rohan told me we can only have Postpaid connection initially and later we can convert it to prepaid connection. But when i talked with Reliance customer care, they told me that i m not eligible for 10GB offer as i opted for postpaid.

And for GOA offer, that was a cheapest marketing trick i have seen. Even i[censored] get the Goa Voucher, its of no use as out of 365 days, you cant use it on abt 250 days (dates mentioned in vouchers), you cant travel to goa on weekends, bank holidays, festive seasons, New year celebrations and above mentioned 250 days. And whats more its only a resort stay voucher. You have to pay for everything else. (That include hidden hotel charges). And last but not the least you have to pay 800 Rs as courier charges to get these voucher...LOL

VRITI is a fraud company. Never buy any product online from Vriti. In fact go to Reliance web world and get your data card.

Please post as many complaints against this fraud VRITI INFOCOM and save people from faling into their trap.
