[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

Honda motors / honda shine bike — not better service

I got a honda shine bike last year in the month of febuary .but now after one year i am face very problem in my bike. so i request you to sort my problem as soon as possible. thank you.

Very BAD Service @ AADHi Hero Honda Show Room, MALAKPET, Hyderabad... I would request all customers to never visit for the Servicing Center @ AADHi, Malakpet showroom... they simply wash the vehicle and never look into it... But they charge heavily as they have done everything... PLEASE Never Go to SHOW ROOM ... if you have patience reach to private GALLI motor cycle repairs near to your areas, they are 1000 times better than the SHOW ROOM GUYS...

i am sivakumar v, customer of your honda shine( kl 43a 407) have given my bike for sevicing paid one, to jupiter honda vishakapatnam, i gave my bike on 2 jun with words of delivery on 04 jun, but they delivered it on 06 jun, reasons they use to say while giving servicing are non availability of spares it is acceptable, this service centre not having a skilled technician for repairing even though i have reported my defect during submitting, my defect was not rectified till i ask for delivery, they did not intimate me about delay of delivery and suggestion for rectifying defects. there is no mechanism of feed back in this service centre, my bike was delivered with out the mounting bolt of silencer with frame. i regret to say that when you are franchising the servicing centres, please ensure that, they are having skilled technician, good customer service, availability of spares.
i am totally disappointed with the jupiter honda service centre in vishakapatnam which cause inconvenience to me and my family, this cause bad reputation to your company, and i will not suggest any of my friends to buy your brand of bike

Before 18 days given service in KUN HONDA, Chennai . service work not proper its battery low charged and self start not working i asking the service person you was told your bike battery very low charged .So, You have contact directly purchase showroom.

I would like to bring your kind notice that I purchased the Honda Shine on july, 2007. since few days bike some repairs my doubt is engine is boring condition. so I want to repair bore in our showroom jupitar honda, dabagardens visakhapatnam. I went to go to showroom in july 1st week . showroom spare parts wing said that boreing kit not available in showroom you please come after one week. again i called the spare parts wing same reply said to till to date. so please take up issue and clear.

i purchased a honda shine from GK HONDA FROM TELIBANDHA , RAIPUR ON 05/08/2011. but within fea monthes corrosion capture on the body parts . i inform all the matter to seals manager and service manager also but they did not take any interest and not responding after call.

This is to inform to you that I have purchased a Honda Shine on -01-January-2010. In just 2 and 1/2 year I am facing problem of piston in my bike. Its piston has been gone now. My bike has run about 18000 km only.

I want to know that is this is the quality of your bikes.

i buy honda shyne in 12 sep, 2012, since strting my bike have few more problem as following

(1) My second and third gear is stucking when i am changing the gear in running mode
(3) Coming slow, front gears are not operated

i requisted to my service and also sals dealer when i serviced in first but they are not able to rectify the my problem and giving many excuses..i m not accepting that type service from your site. finaly they were not able to satisfactory service, The same problem is still going. so i requisted to you when u read this comlaint please do the needful as soon as possible.

i was purchased honda shine in august month of this year at pavan honda in eluru, west godavari, andhrapradesh. my native place is vijayawada, krishna dt, ap. the nearest servicing station is mitra honda vijayawada. first servicing complete in mitra deler by the help of indian consumer forum due to some problems from mitra honda. this month 6th my bike was given to mitra for 2nd servicing and 2 complaints like big noisy from engine and selp motor problem. the same day they are delivered my bike without rectified my problems, i am asked to manager his said please come to show room after 3 days. 13 th also my bike given to mitra for repair purpose that day also there are failed. 16 th also given, they are given my bike on 17 of this month without rectified my problem i am asked again manager his replay is we are change the gpd wheel and gear so if the problem was not rectified we are not responcible. these days my valuble time and money was loss and problem not cleared. please help me to rectifie the my bike 2 problems one is big noisy from engene and self motor problem.my name is sudhakar k my ph no [protected], mail i d [protected]@gmail.com my vehicle perminent no ap 16 ce 0580. thank you sir
Dear Sir i purchased honda shine on 15.10.2012. from the date onward i have a big problem in my handle as well as in foot rest. I cannot site comfrot because the cross position of the foot rest. I went more than times but the mechanic said that there no problem. now i had seviour back pain and both sholders are pain

i bought honda shine from
lakshay honda jhalawar rajasthan.i have serious problems with performance like the disc breaks makes a noise a lot apart average are as low as 40 km/liter. the gears also creats prolams & severe oil leakage from engine also. i told it many times to workshop but they didn't repair it as expected inspite of being within warrenty period.
please take it seriously otherwise i will take legal action against company & dealer also.don't take it for granted.

I bought Honda Shine in May 2012, since the time I start using the bike, I have been having so many problems.On every free service the new problem starts. The worst part is the Authorized dealer in Thane - Sai Point, they actually treat you like a beggar, they talk like meherbani and not they do not give the importance to the customers. I think they feel that nobody can take a harsh action against the company, but this is not the case. If I do not get the service and proper response at any point of time henceforth, I will show you "What common man can do if there is a question of right"

Please stop cheating Your customer because your service centre service is poor
i hav buy your honda shine and first day i complaint to your dealer that my engine
sound after 45 km but your engr and dealer told me there is no problem
but when i put my bike in to other service centre then he told me there is
problem in your bike engine so please contact your honda dealer
but your sevice centre and your dealer cant solve my problem forum reply me asap.
