[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

hi my name is kumaran . I purchased honda shine last month that is on 25/09/10.my first problem was the staring was thight,
no millage, engine stop suddenly when riding, .very week pick up, yesterday that is 21/10/10 i went to honda service station gave this all complaineand left my bike there and this is my first free service. today went to pick it up they gave my bike without even properly washing it with same old condition.

for every ones knowledge buy bike was serviced by
surya honda katupakkam poondamali
my bike numbers is tn20 bs 8678.

i am going live my bike to private station
get it ready, send the service bill to head office of honda.
if not payed. take legal action for not providing proper service.
and to stop selling of honda product in india.

bcoz it was highest speed is 90
and getted averag is 40 at 70 to 80 speed

I am using Honda Shine from 2010 Month Feb.bike gear not work properly.I gave the compliant but they didn't rectify the problem, again I have given compliant but they try to avoid me

THE HONDA DEALERS IN VIJAYAWADA ARE THE WORSE WE GOT A CALL THIS SATURDAY THAT IS ON 6TH NOVEMBER AS WE BOOKED A HONDA SHINE BIKE LAST MONTH AND THE CALL WAS TO PAY THE REMAINING MONEY AND TO TAKE THE BIKE BUT WHEN WE WENT TO THE SHOW THE ROOM NO 1 IS THERE TO GET THE MONEY PAID AND THERE WAS NO PROPER GUIDANCE TO WHAT TO DO PLEASE SEE THAT THIS MISTAKE WILL NOT BE DONE FURTHER

Honda Shine — engine sound prob

when i ride my honda shine up to 50km speed ther are some sound come out near engine or stearing I purched it[protected] and i ride it 300 km from nissrag honda palanpur
so please give me some advice

I have taken honda activa on 14th april 2010. When i got my RC book after 2 months i came to know that there was mistake in printed name, which was already written correctly in there documents. Till today the RC book is not getting corrected from the dealer (VJ Honda Dombivli). Even when we call them they just said hold on after 10 to 15 min they put the call. This is how the service they provide.

dear sir,

my name is bharat bhushan mittal from faridabad.i purchased a new honda shine before three year no.is HR 51 AA 6861. in present i suffering for bike new sockers problem ,chain set,and race control system.my service center is regend honda ltd.near neelam road,daily mathura road faridabad.but in agencies these material are nor provided from last three months.when i ask to service manager they tell me after one month they provide these meterial.at that time my bike are suffering problem due to socker,chain set,race system.dear sir you r requested plg take action and provide thease accessiory immediatly as soon as posible.plg thanks.

Honda Shine — chain pockets

hi this is venkat from srikakulam i had one problam with my honda shine byke,that is
chain pockets damaged around only 7200kms.that is the major problam with my bike
othar than my bike is well & good.

in honda shine bike the 4th gear is not closing properly and if the bike stand idle for more than one day the starting trouble also is there
Dear Honda customer care,

I would like to draw your attention to very poor customer care and customer attention.I booked for Honda Shine bike on Oct, 31, 2010 at Swarup Motors Pvt Ltd, B-1218 GD Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Delhi-110096 and same I did not received till date.Every time I contacted Dealer he told me that company is not supplying bikes.10 days back I asked for refund of my booking amount of Rs.2000.00 and that also I did not get till date.It is simply frustrating and undesirable.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unsatisfied with the services provided by the Mayank Honda Agency, Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh). It has been many times that the problem is reported with the bike but the problem still persists with the bike. I had bought the Honda Shine bike from there itself on 23rd august, 2010 and the services provided by them was unsatisfactory to me. Please take some strict action against the respective authority. Hoping for a soon response.
