[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

My car HR 26 BB 5514 was stolen on 11/01/2011 from Delhi but it was recovered on 14/01/2011 by Delhi police.When my car was released it was damaged by the people who stole it.I gave my car for repair at Courtesy Honda, Lally Automobile(p) ltd,15/16, DSIDC, Okhla phase 2, New Delhi on 17/01.2011 from where i purchased it with a commitment that they will repair and return it back with in 15 days.Know it is almost going to be a month but my car was not even touched, i mean to say it was same as i left a month before.This is the second time i am facing the worst service from honda.
I dint got any call or message from honda work shop about the car feed back so i request you to help me in this as soon as possible.

Last week I have given my bike for servicing due to my bike. The servicing from their part is not at all satisfactory to me.

COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT PROBLEM STILL THERE

Please stop cheating Your customer because your service centre service is poori hav buy your honda shine and first day i complaint to your dealer that from my bike the engine oil is continously coming out from engine block. This is to inform u that we have taken a bike Honda Shine from Sudarshan Automobiles Itarsi on 14th September'2010. This is a complaint against the showroom that we are having a problem in our bike shine that is continously the oil is coming out from engine & bike is not running properly. We got 3 free servicing in that to they used to only wash the bike & give back to us. They don’t even bother that every time we used to say that the oil is coming out from engine block but they are not repairing that thing & they used to service the bike & take the payment from us for oil. We have taken a bike in cash payment not even in installments then also we are treating like this. Can you suggest what should we do, we have done a complaint also that to 3-4 times but there is no reverting back? If we go to that showroom they tell us that will see it. Its my humble request to u is that please look in the matter and help us out in this case we will be very thankfully to u.

sir i have bought Stunner cbf 125cc on feb 8th..i took the bike from lakshmi honda, kalavasl, madurai..their the service was poor..they made me to wait for more than 2 hrs for making a small work..they dont even have drinking water facility in the showroom..hope you can imagine the condition of it..please take action and give me any address where i have to complaint about that showroom..

HONDA (SHINE) — VERY POOR AVERAGE/ poor servicing

Dear sir,

I purchase honda Sine byke in September-2010 in Universal honda situated in Paldi, Ahmedabad .M
My Honda Bike No. is.Gj.1ME-3391. As per Honda Company this Bike give 55-60 km/per ltr. But it is not given it and it is giving only 40 to 45 km/ per ltr. After notice this problem to Honada Authorised service center , they servicd three times my bike but condition is same. They are not taking proper action and also not doing proper servicing.
in this matter I talk with Mr. Dhirajbhai who is authorised person for service relating activity but he was fail to satisfied servicing in bike.

i am customer of honda activa,i am giving serving to in Honda outlets only, from past 5 years ,I visited the Tarnaka outlet in hyderabad Andhrapradesh for a paid service ,BUt they are not taking the My vehicle for serving, this the third time that they are not taking my bike for serving without proper reason.They are not giving perferance for Paid service.
Why i don't understand. This outlet is the a Very bad service compared with other outlets in City.

So give us proper response for Issue

1] After 10-15 days of service
a] bike give poor pickup and vibrate
b] With bumper to bumper trafic bike stops even after clutch is pressed.

2] Parts are not available over 1 year with OM Said Honda - Kandivali Service centre.
a] Handle and Cone (ball bearings)
b] Check with Pilot Honda Chembur (e) same problem
c] Reply is company end problem store people note the contact numbers and no revert back after months and months.

hello sir .. this is sachin from chennai and i purchased honda shine bike and now i have problem in engine and in showroon they told have to change d bore set and at all but i[censored] see there is no stock in chennai in d entire showroom and they r telling that it will cme after one month ... wat is this sir .. i[censored] do like this then we wont give any interest in honda bike so pls sir take this is a severe action and make it available...

I was taken The Bike HONDA SHINE on 2ndmay2011 at KUN HONDA, kasturibainagar, adyar, ch-20.
from the starting itself my bike is having the 'GEAR' problem... then i gave my bike to the service for this problem two times and driving now...but still that problem was not cured in my bike... i went to talk about this problem with branch manager itself..but there is no proper response from their side...so please accept my complaint and take proper action for the customers problem's...Frankly say you peoples only give response for money not for customer's complaints & problems..

Honda Shine — Steering lock

I purched Honda shine on 17th December then after 4th July ignition lock non work proper. I gone your authorized service station at DOWN TOWN.Vadodara. I gave him on 4th July than I call him and they gave not proper answer till now. So please follow my complain sir immediately. Your faithfully JITENDRA PATEL.
