I working at j j hospital Mumbai by the executive of said bank had given credit card to me he did not explain about transaction charges levied if you withdrawl cash even if 100 rs very first day i withdrwal 100 rs. they charged me rs 300 as transaction charge after that they send statement of 11 of 2007 after that they do not send statement for three month so i could understood the transaction of my a/c so could deposite minimum bal if they send regular statement i may fill atleast minimum bal.but they did not send me the statment when the colection department executive call to me i told him every time where is my statement then he brings gattha statement of 12 to 14 month at that time balance goes to 31000 one day collection executive comes to me and ask about the payment i do the settelment with me his name was Nagessh And no was ph. [protected] He said to me he setteled the A/c at the Rs of 20000/-
and said that now you deposite 2200 rs and rest of amt you pay in instalment of rs 1800/-per month i agree with it he said to me that he bring the settelment letter in the evening or next day but he did give the settelment letter to me next month they ordered me to deposite 2600 rs i also deposite it but statement shows me total amt due is as it is they behave like sukhi lala in the movie mother India that I earn my hard money and icici bank took away they charged late payment charges inttrest and many more charge I have near about 20000/ they charge 14000/ as intt late payment penalties explain what to do this is standerd money lenders stop them Immidiately otherwise every day one sucide will attempterd like Prakash Sarvankar In Mumbai Thanking you

ICICIcredit Card — torture and warning

as i am having ICICI credit card, i got the call from icici lombard asking me to have that mediclaim .My husband said no we dont want then to that guy fom mumbai no [protected] keep on calling to buy that mediclaim and when my husband shout on him.that guy started abusing like anything. then he called me up on my landline and said "you just wait and watch you gonna pay for it your credit card is closed and their will police in your home within 24 hours. now i am going to give this complaint police station that ICICI bank is torturing me buying his product and abusing. though i was lik e shocked, and getting ill because of that guy tortured me like anything.

ICICIcredit Card — Unsolicite Calls from 3rd Party Collection Agency

Hi,

I have been using ICICI credit card since 01/06/2004. I have never defaulted any payment. In the month of Feb i used to card for shopping with the total outstanding of 768/-. The due date for the payment is 10th of March 2009.
I started getting calls from ICICI outsourced collection agency (tel no[protected] demanding to pay the amount. I said this will be paid well within the due date i.e. 10th of March. But they started to insist when m i going to pay this amount. I could not understand why personal Mobile no was shared with ICICI 3rd party collection agency on the first place, secondly why am i getting these kind of threatening calls. I called ICICI customer care and spoke with Prabha who registered my complaint[protected] and i was assured i would not be receiving any calls.
But i kept on recieving these threatening calls from[protected]. Hence i registered my complaint online through ICICI complaint and grievance deptt. On 6th of March i received a mail from them assuring me the matter has been sorted out and they apologies for the mistake and reconfirmed that i would not be receiving any calls from Collection Agency.
Still on 7th of March 2009, even after payment of my full outstanding i received the call demanding the payments.
These calls has really traumatized me and i have lost all the faith in ICICI. Please advice how can a bank share personal information with 3rd party collection agency without notifying the customer and even when the customer has not done any thing wrong.

Please suggest how can i file a Lawsuit against ICICI for the breach of confidentiality of customer information and calling and threatening customer for no fault of his.

I am having icici credit card & earned 9618 imint points. On[protected] i had ordered a philips multimedia computer speaker worth 5800 imint points, product code is ei0088. 3 weeks have past since. i have not yet received the product .

HI this is the 2 nd time I had applied for the Credit Card and there seems to be no response from ICICI again. The reason lat time for the rejection of my application was due to some low scores, this is what I was told and the representative couldnt explain what is the score all about and even this thime its been 2 months I have applied again and there is no response . Can someone tell me where do I need to complaint against ICICI for imint points. Initially to my surprise ICICI transferred my points to imint. I didn't take it seriously. But the imint customer service are so least bothered that even after my 1 year chase, I have not received IMINT CARD.

In my case it has happend the same thing. In one statement I found that my rewards points become Zero. Anfer making enquiry, they have informed my 1500 rewards point transfered to i-mint account.
At least they should have informed.

I had accumulated over 11000 points over a period of 2 years, just to be seeing them getting cancelled and being transferred to this iMint program, which is an eyewash. I am very disappointed with ICICI and am looking forward to cancelling the card altogether .ICICI sucks big time with both banking and other services. I agree that any of these so called growing banks with Indian roots, dont have the capacity to handle a large volume of business, they panic mid way and cause grief to customers.

I do agree with the comments made by the complainant. There is no reasonable value for the reward points.

ICICI imint points card — INAPPROPRIATE INFORMATION

As in my earlier mails i had discussed about the irresponsible and careless approach from your customer service advisor's with regards to my imintpoints redemption and also the inappropriate information provided by them.
This time its the reply recd on the same, but no follow up or further inquiry has commenced since recd the mail stating will get in touch with you on your cell at the earliest.Its almost two weeks from the time I had recd the mail that no action has been taken.
Further I have also lost my points in the event but also feel unsecure and unprotected to use your services henceforth.

ICICIcredit Card — Wrongful debit from my saving account

This is a rather long complaint, but I will try and put a gist to it. 2007 I discontinued my ICICI card as they wrongfully billed me for INR 1200 that I did not spend...I ended up paying the INR 1200 and then discontinued my card. My payment was late by one day. From 2007 till 2009 Feb they kept sending me bills. They stopeed sending courier and sent me email bills. Anyway, they deducted approx INR 8700 from my ICICI savings account on the outstanding. This outstanding was nothing but the late fee and interest charge. I did not owe anything to the bank at all. They still deducted this amount from my ICICI saving account. They have not sent me any 'closure' or statement reflecting this payment and this mornign I get another bill in my email box that there is yet some outstanding in my name !! I am at a loss of words. ICICI has really really gone to the dogs. The staff are unhelpful, untrained and do not even bother to listen to the complaints of genuine customers. They have become worse than a public sector bank. It is really sad to see a brand like ICICI dying a slow death. I have a hosue loan and savings account with ICICI that I am now going to close and I do not want to have anything to do with a bank that does not deal fairly with its customers, a bank that has become so large that they have missed out on the 'personalised' banking that they woudl brag about. ICICI Credit Card has wrongfully deducted approx INR 8700 from my savings bank account for something that I never ever purchased or used my card fo !!!

ICICIcredit Card — SETLEMENT OF CARD

I am from hyderabad, I have a ICICI gold card, due to some financial problems could not make regular payments to the card and ave requested for the settlement of the card and the amount given by them was too high, I got a call from number [protected] on 21/01/2009 telling that I can close and settle the card by paying Rs 22000.00 and I have made the payment by cheque number 655918 of HSBC bank hyderabad branch which debited my account and got credited to my card, While making the payment I was told that I can collect the settlement lettter from the bank in 10 working days. When I went o collect the settlement letter I was informed that the card is not closed and they did not receive any request of settlement and was advised to call the customer services which I did but of no use now again the ICICI bank want me to make the payment and also that the have not called me.

Because i dont have the imint login password, so please send it to me on my email id.

Myself Rajendra Koli. This is regarding ICICI credit card (no.[protected]) which I never agreed to take and not signed single document but still bank sent card on my address followed by some insurance policy.

I never use credit card for any purpose and ask customer care to cancel same but instead that ICICI now arguing to pay 20, 000 Rs as insurance amount and since then it keep chasing me through third party(Recovery agency)

ICICI do not have single document sign by me in their possession regard of either Credit card or policy and still I became victimize and harass by third party to reimburse insurance money which I never use or utilized. If ICICI could provide single document as sign proof I will assure that to pay all the dues without any further follow-up.

It will be really grateful on our part if you can look into the matter urgently.

I mint ?? why ? did i ask for it.

but my freinds you keep complaining, i know nothing is gonna happen ... they would have got us sign some document during the issuing the credit card and no LAW in the country will be able to touch them.
