Phagwara Gas Service (Indane) Distributor, Industrial Area, Phagwara-144401 (Pb) …………………………...⇄ Parties Complaint: Rajneesh Madhok, Registered Member, CORE, a Consumer Protection Organisation has filed this complaint against the Indian oil Corporation through its Chairman, General Manager (LPG-MO) and others. The case is that the opposite party No. 1 to 11 are concerned with the distribution of the LPG Gas cylinders. Rajneesh Madhok had approached to the concerned officers and sent the Registerd Letter as well and requested the concerned authorities to deliver the LPG Gas cylinders to the above mentioned Connection Holders. But the said Gas agency has nothing to do with the requests of the consumers and do not reply to the requests of the Representative. As the consumer is entitled to get the supply of a LPG cylinder of two cylinders in a month. But the said agency don’t make supply to them on various requests even. In this connection the SPEED POST LETTER No. EE[protected] IN DATED 02/02/2008 POSTED AT CHANDIGARH OFFICE FAILS TO SUPPLY THE LPG GAS CYLINDERS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONNECTION HOLDERS. SUFFERING CONSUMER NUMBERS: 1. CONNECTION NO. 3502 2. CONNECTION No. 2556 3. CONNECTION NO. 14335 The Ministry of Petroleum as well as the Ministry of Consumer Affairs shall ensure that all Marketing Companies do issue necessary instructions that the Distributors will provide to the consumers LPG Gas Cylinder within a stipulated time limit. I pray to The Honourable Forum to direct the Indian Oil Corporation to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Complainant to meet the expenses incurred by it in protecting the interest of consumers and to continue to protect the interest of the consumers, within a period of four weeks. Indane — not picking phone
I am a consumer of Indane gas with registration No. 21158 registered with M/s Babar Pur Gas Service, Kabir Nagar, 100 Ft. Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.i am not able to book my cylinder and i am got the msg plz contact our service station i am trying so much time but no body pic the phone. irresponsible way with customer.plz help me as soon as possible my ph number is [protected].I shall be grateful to direct the dealer to behave properly so that consumers are not put to inconvenience.

jai gas service in sect 40, chandigarh was supplying gas at our residence from many years. now from last 5 to 6 months they have stop delivering cylinders at our residence in badheri, sect 41/d. many time i approach gas agency many times, but they do not bother about our problem. we have to skip from our jobs & work to collect cylinder. they have pick & choose policy of supplying cylinders. 3 people near my home are given cylinders at their residence. please do take necessary steps to solve our problem.

Indane — Delivery of GAS cylinder
Rashmi Gas agency, Bangalore. Not timely delivering the GAS cylinder even after a months’ time of registration for refill. Every time they will tell tomorrow. Moreover they deliver the GAS for the people who are 10 to 15days older registration.Indane — Not Received DBC

I, Abhijit Mukherjee ( Consumer no. 30912 for Indane Gas) paid Rs.1134.00 against receipt of one LPG domestic cylinder on 01.02.2014 vide cash memo no. [protected]. But, till date, subsidy amount has not been transferred to my bank account ( bank account is linked to Aadhar no.) by IOCLIndane — Online showing the cylinder is delivered, but it is not delivered as evident from passbook
Consumer No.- 17977-Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, PunjabOnline showing the cylinder is delivered on 2/12/13 and 2/1/14, but it is not delivered as evident from passbook. these cylinders are regularly sold by the dealers with the involvement of IOC offcials.
can we hope someone will investigate and take action?

They do take charges for delivery and customer care people are useless, and do not communicate properly. Moreover, they have stocks and do not deliver at right time. They say back log, but supply to consumers(commercials), hotels . Please, do not make the customers fool. Panga gas thinks that, they are clever.Indane — My GAS Connection locked in system database

Indane — Delay in Booking & delivery
Sir,I would like to bring your kind notice to the fact that Indane has services in Maharajganj District (Mahrajganj Gas Service) is not giving proper services to the consumers. It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. There are two main irregularity.Firstly- they book the gas after one month from the date of delivery, and. Secondly,they deliver the gas after one month from the date of booking.For example, I got booked on 5th January 2013, but no delivery has been given till today i.e.[protected]. Most of the time, they do not attend the phone. I will be highly thankful to you, if you please, take reasonable action and give necessary direction to the Mahrajganj Gas Agency. Thanks,
