IRCTC — Refund for Ticket cancellation not credited to account
The refund for the cancellation done on 9th October 2008 has not yet been credited to my account. Details are: PNR Number [protected] Transaction Id [protected].On enquiring, this is the standard reply I have got every time over the last 1.5 months, w/o any resolution of the issue - "We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have already given credit instructions to the payment gateway. Due to some technical problem in payment gateway, there is a delay in the refunding process. We assure you that the steps have already been taken for earlier refund and you may get the refund shortly. Please co-operate with us."
Can anyone help on this issue?

IRCTC — ticket amount refund
i booked train tkt tbm to tpj for karthikganesan for 11th july.when i booked it came upto payment gateway&then came your session expired signal.so i booked second time for the same train same date same passenger. but two times 433rs got deduction from my bank account.bank details1.bil/[protected]/[protected] for 433rs.

RAILWAY(IRCTC) — irctc Tickets cancellation refund not credited
DEAR sirI m P R Prabhakar ,Dy Comdt In Bsf Presently Servicing At Shq Bsf Sunderbani Distt Rajouri (J&K)
I canceled three tickets which was booked through same sbi account.
i.e
1. pnr no.[protected] on 10th july 2010
2. pnr.no.[protected] on 10th july 2010
3. pnr no.[protected] on 23rd july 2010
but TILL DATE i.e. 12.7.10 i have not received any refund i shall be grateful i[censored] pl take some pain for me to recover the same.
I m also contacted sbi Bank, Manager told me that refund is not received by them yet.
Please guide me what can be done in this issue???

i have booked ticket from irctc.co.in dated on 14th of sept 2010, train no 2138, transaction id-[protected], Pnr Number: [protected], after reaching bhatinda (bti) station i come to know that the train route has been changed ,, and so, won't be able to catch the train,, therefore i want refund of my ticket,........ plz do,, it as soon as possibleIRCTC — Amount not credited
Dear Sir/MamI was booking the ticket, I gave all my credit card details and submitted. The amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket is not booked, It was showing processing wait, later empty white page came, my ticket is not booked and I dint get mt money back.

I have cancelled the tickets on 06.04.2011 vide Tr. id No. [protected] and [protected] and PNR No. is [protected] and [protected] but till date my refund amount is not credited in my account.It is therefore requested to look into the matter and credit refund amount immediately.

sir,mene aaj 11/12/2011 ko irctc se hindaun city se kalka ke liye paschim express me date 25/12/2011 ka ticket book kiya . complete process hone k bad bank se amount debit hogya lekin mera ticket issue nhi hua. after than i booked another ticket and pay seperately.
