[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

Dear sir,
I had bought an AC 1.5 ton on[protected] from Sahu Agencies, Hazratganj, Lucknow. This so unfortunate to say that in spite of three complaints registered through phone LG customer care people are not responding and people from Sahu agencies have become so busy in only selling items that they have forgotten a word servicing and do not pick phones.
Sir my AC has not been serviced even at once. Kindly make an arrangement early.

LG Electronics — Unavailability of the panel of M4410 mobile

there is no availability of the panel of the moble model "M4410".Due to which i cant use my cell.There is no service centre in delhi which says ,we have it.So i need a panel.
hi i bought a split a/c 1.5 ton frm bismi electronics ernakulam on 17 of march 2010 and got the system installeed by the company perople on 20 th march right frm the installation date there was cooling problem when i asked the tech he said it is be ok after few hrs but unfortnately the cooling decreeased day by day i informed the matter to the curstomer care and the concerned dealer after 2 days a tech inspected my home and said that the system should is faulty and should be replaced at the earliet if stock permits when contacted with the dealer he has enough stock of this model and is saying childess excuses like that they chould recieve mail frm the co etc and when contacted the co they say it is the responsblity of the dealer to replace the entire unit within a period of 46 hrs time pls suggest me what should i do

hi We have been chasing the LG sonce last 10 months and we have all the mail documents to support. we got the commercial AC from LG and these guys have messed up the setup in our office. now we are chasing them to fix this complaint and since last 10 months they are giving us verbal fake commitment that they will solve our issue

I had registerd a complaint with lg for my washing machine on 28 march 2010. Till now it has not been attended. The customer care just provides many numbers to contact many of which are not not working and the remaning behave rudely or dont provide satisfactory anwers.
within 6 months of purchase of the washing machine this is the 3rd complaint.

LG Electronics — Defective refrigerator Sold

I have purchased a refrigerator on 02nd may 2010 from one of the dealer based out in sadar market, gurgaon who is running the shop for LG products.

The first piece which was delivered to us was carrying dent and we immediately asked the vendor to replace the same, the second piece which was delivered was ok and working fine for next 3 days and after that we observed that the cooling was not there. We raised the same to the shop owner and in return he raised the complaind to LG. LG person visited and changed something in the machine but still the refrigerator is not providing adequate cooling. We called up the vendor to replace the machine as it is defective and in return he replied that we cant do anything and please get in touch with the LG company.
When we purchased the freez, the shopowner guaranteed that if there will be any problem he will take care of same but now after selling he has changed. Would sincerely request to help us

LG Electronics — defected door

I have purchased a direct cool LG refrigerator model no GL-281SMG5 on 16 feb 2010.The door is defected.Local customer care inspector agreed to change it.The dealer is not taking any action on my cmplaints after entering it in his complaint book . He is also annoying when I remembered him about my complaint.What could I do now?

I recently purchased a LG split AC (in Jan 10) and it’s not even been 5 months and there has been a league in the same from last one month.

I have been calling your LG Care (+[protected] and have made a least 15 complaint’s... the last complain number given to me is C[protected] and one of the previous to the same is C[protected] and so far there has been no response.

It is really disappointing to see such established brand providing this kind of service so much so the tag line of your company is Care and somehow I don’t see that at all.

I really hope you do look into the same.

I have Lg joymax Tv set which is facing problem, given problem at your service Southen service, they send Mr Uttam kandari who told me that your IC is ok but there is problem for voltage lickage so i have take your set at our workshop for examine, so you have to pay for transportation cost, I have agreed He has taken my set from my house.After then nobody given fedback until i call, whatsoever comes to know that My Sets ic has a problem and it has to be change but co cant provide so they will provide local ic, all conversation has recorded already, however i have agreed their advise and tell them to do it, but they have told me that set is ok but i have to go at their service station and have to give payment first then they will send my set though i have confirmed that i will pay whatever charges it has proved that you dont have faith on c/m but have to faith on you, Mr Nepal maity [protected] refused to do and tell to contact with your head office, i tell this story to your c/m care they given mobile number of Mis Nupur Banerjee[protected], but she never attend my calls several times i also requested her by sms several times that Pls attend my call but she never replied then i also sms her with slang coz she has forced me to do it, it has just happened only for not sending my set at my house Nupur dont have to come in picture if when your person was taking set from my house told that i have to go to your service center for payment then i couldnt give my set, Now Mr Nepal maity threatned me that my fatthers father have to go for payment at their office then will send when i have told that all your charges will pay at the time of geting delivery of set ( all threatning conversation has been recorded).Mr Siddharth Deb [protected] also not attending my calls, tell me just wether you will send set at my house or not as it has taken from my house, i m not able to understand that you dont have faith that c/m can pay all charges though you r unable to provide co made parts and for hiding Nupur banerjees neglignce to c/m for not attending, you can tell c/m that everybody have to letdown/ pray at your c/m care and have to wait for her moods if & then she think/attend then c/m may...get, Simply problem can b solve by sending set and taking money for charges at the time of delivery or you want to give a lesson to c/m that you dont irritate and dont use slang if our c/m care continiously neglecting/or attending you and any harrasment also do with you, I will not go at your service center coz it is a ego matter and want to see that your Nepal maity threatned me that my fathers father have to go & how co trying to hide c/m care misbehave by not attending his call later will go to media every showroom for not purchasing your products by showing your all recorded conversation, and if you dont return my set then i have no matter coz cums to know that how you harras c/m

LG Electronics — LCD TV panel out of service

I purchased a 32 inches LCD TV at Dubai, about 2.5 years back and brought it back to India while migrating back. The TV stpped working about 2 months back. On registering a complaint, I was informed that the particular part was not available and that I woudl be compensated on a proportionate basis. I was asked to provide the Invoice whichw as done. However, after that I was informed that I was ineleigible as I had purchaed the TV from Dubai. I was surprised by the answer, when dealing with a global brand.

I promptly purchases samsung as my next TV as I could no longer rely on LG for either product quality of the brand or for comitment to support when required.

LG Electronics — demo & installation

Dear one

I had purchaser one LG LCD from e zone Central mall Jayanagar 9th block Bangalore on 25th June 2010, my customer ID is C [protected] while purchasing they promised me that they will install and give the demo with in 24 hours of purchase. today is 30 Th June till now the LG engineer not at visited my place.meanwhile i called LG customer care and service center and E zone no of times they keep on telling that another one hour our engineer will come.
worst service , very bad experience.

Don't buy any LG products they don't value the customer.
