I had enclosed cheque no 012538 of my account no [protected] of STATE BANK OF INDIA MAIN BRANCH BELGAUM (BRANCH CODE NO 0816) for Rs 45150/-.The cheque has been cleared by debit to the above account.
In spite of my repeated enquiries, till date I have not received any communication from the company regarding allotment of shares/ refund of my money. I have already complained to SECURITY EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA MUMBAI but there is no reply from them.
Sir, already more than six months have gone and I don’t know about the fate of my hard earned money. I am really worried. Please help me to get back my money.

Its amazing that even after sending you a certificate from my banker that they have not received any ECS refund from you on my account so qestion of rejecting does not arise and even after my writing you you have stated that physical refund voucher has been posted on 26 th feb 2008 has still not received by me till date.For your kind information I have inquired at the local post office but even they have not confirmed of the same.So you are reqested to send me the details and xerox copies of the postal receipt and the a/d card to take up the matter with postal authorities.With great regreat i am really shocked to state that inspite of sending e-mails, registered post letters to you and the company till date i have not received any response from either side for taking steps to refund my balance refundable money to me against my application no.61185480.However i have already posted a certificate from my bankers ABN AMRO BANK stating that they have not received any credit through ECS in my account as stated in your CAN cum refund advice no 4293019, by couriour to you on 7th march 2008.

R/ SirIt is brought to your kind notice that I have applied for Reliance Power IPO for 210 Units and deposited Rs. 24150/- through HDFC Bank D.D.No.019416 dated 16.01.2008 payable at Chandigarh and deposited my application bearing No. 52602086 at Chandigarh. On checking from Karvy computershare IPO allotment I was suprised to see that my refund was given to somebody else wrongly as detailed in the attachment. On repeated requests to the Karvy computershare through e-mails as well as by calling at customer care centre since last more than 3 months I have not been heard till day nor any refund order was sent to me. Every time the customer care executives just replied that your complaint has been taken into consideration and your case is under process.
I again request to your goodself that look into the matter personally and give me my refund order at the earliest please.
