[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

how to retrieve a sony ericsson lost mobile in december 2009 with a nominal fee of rs.100 or less and not more than that

I have Purchased the Sony Ericsson k850i and now it's camra's flash not working.
i want to repair it's flash and i want to your care center but nobody tell me how much time to take for repairing and how much i have to spend for this.

Sony Music — product failure within 15 days of purchasing and give no response

I purchase the SONY music system by ASHOKA SALES at Ranipur Haridwar last year in NOV 2010. But my music syestem is not functioning properly just after 15 days of purchasing . After that I complained to ashoka sales approx 7 times but they did not take any response. Again I also talk to Dealer of SONY in Haridwar. But till date my problem is not solved. I am facing exactly same problem.

I bought X10i and it stopped working. Intarvo serviced it once but no improvement. They took it twice and since then Intarvo is not pikcing up my calls from last three weeks.

Though someone from Intarvo called me and said "how is your phone working now?" I said "I never got it back". I asked for his identification but he hung up without identifying himslef.

Sony Ericsson - Xperia 10i Mobile — Service center unable to service the phone twice and not pikcing up the calls since one month

I bought X10i and it stopped working after 4 months. Intarvo serviced it once after keeping it with them for one whole month, but no improvement. They took it twice and since then Intarvo is not pikcing up my calls from one month.

Though someone from Intarvo called me and said "how is your phone working now?" I said "I never got it back". I asked for his identification but he hung up without identifying himslef.

Because of this I had to buy another phone for my use.

This really is very frustating.

I would also like to add that do not buy this phone, It's not worth its price. And never ever go to Intarvo for servicing. They will treat you very badly, unprofessionally and they are not at all serious about thieir job.

Hisar, purchased a mobile Sony Ericsson, x-10, mini pro(u-20 i) emei

Rs. 14, 000/- from Proprietor/chair person M/S. Fancy Stationer, Gift &
mobile Gallery, CG-28-29, Puspa Complex, Hisar.

2. That at the time of sale of above mobile, the dealer assured myself
that he would give a kit approximate 5000/- cost in which have a
Rea-bok Track Suit, Adidas shoes, Googals, Rea-bok watch, Mobile cover
A kit bag etc.within 10 days.

3. That on that assurance and promise, myself purchased the above said
mobile. But it is regretted that the after many a time he give false
promise. And lastly on dated[protected], he refused to said that this
promise was only for to sale the product not for really.

4. That it was a wrong marketing and totally misguide the
costumers of Sony Erickson, which gives the harm of the reputation of
the company.

5. That herein request to take the strict action against the above
said dealer and solved out the above said critical problem as soon as
possible.

hello sony...
i have brought a sony errision xperia X10 mini 8months back...
i really loved the phone... but i got lost's of problem in my mobile :( :(
i took it to the care they told some s/w problem n recored it and my phone came back to me :)
but no longer it again dead becoz of some network clash itseems i dont know that wahat it mean exactly..

nw they are charing 2500 /- for repair n telling its liquid damage
and my phone never got liquid damage..
for this reason they are telling that it is due to "swet"
very silly

what to do now...
its not at all fare for me :'( help me what action i should take now
Sony Ericsson - the worst customer service in the world...and the mobile phone always comes with a problem..i don't if the promoter of Sony Ericsson are aware of this or not. Mark my words - this stupid phone is going to loose its market soon in India.

The customer service in T nagar, Chennai doesn't know anything. The just keep the mobile phone for 10 days and give us back with the same problem or with some additional problem. And the customer care is another bunch of managed by an useless. They never listen to what you are saying, we only have to listen their comments. If not they will disconnect the call.

Its the worst service i have ever seen. If you are not going to believe this please try calling the below numbers and see what happens

[protected] The call will be in queue for a long time and then they will keep you on-hold for a long time for giving a stupid and irritating response

Even their server crashes frequently then they wont even give that stupid response.

Guys please don't go for Sony Ericsson. There are thousands of good mobiles to choose. If anyone is using it now and having problem, please go to consumer court and demand for your money

Sony Ericsson / Spiro W100i — No taker for Sony Ericsson

Sir trusting the name of Sony Ericson I bought Spiro W100i handset for Rs.4500/- but it start giving prob. right from the first day , like software prob. etc. and I am just going and coming to its ser. centre for getting updated.only after 15 days I decided to sell it back. but no body was ready to buy. Then I decided to sell it at discounted price of R.3000/- no body dare to touch saying sorry its sony ericson.. CAn any body tell what has hapnd to sony. Sony Ericsson — Servicing complaint

Hi sir,
I have submit my sony ericsson to their service center dated 24th jan2011. After 35 days they will give me handset ut the handset have still problem then i again sublit my phone to their. After 10 days they returne my cell but still the problem is not resolved and i found the new problem in the phone. Then i again submitted my phone but i have not received any conformation massage from their side. My new workorder no. is se[protected]. Please look into this matter.

Sony Digital Camera W510 — Worst Service

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been a very loyal customer to Sony, I own two cyber shot dgital camera, one Bravia and 2 Sony Wega, and I was totally satisfied with the products and services until this happened with me…….And this is really frustrating.

Recently(may be a month back) I bought a Sony Cybershot w510 from Tata Croma showroom and everything looked good with the camera,

But after may be a week later, I started getting blur pictures. 90 percent of the pictures taken are blur, even in Blur Reduction Mode, and other problem is most of the time when I turn off the camera, shutter remains half opened, or full opened,

So I took the camera back to Tata Croma and those people tried to send it to a Sony Service center but as per tata croma Sony service centre denied accepting camera as they didn’t find any fault with camera.

So after a week later, on 09th april I took camera to Rajouri Garden Sony Service Centre(Ace Electronics) and I showed all the blur pictures to technician, and I also showed him the opened shutter. Technician also took snaps and some of them were blur, but technician said its normal and happens sometimes.
But please understand, it is happening 90 percent of the time.

As far as shutter problem is concerned he said there was some dirt so he cleaned it and said issue is fixed.

So I came home with camera and I find the same issue still on camera, shutter still remains opened most of the time and pictures are blur.

So now I am totally frustrated and confused and don’t know what to do, I never expected this kind of Service from Sony.

And let me also clarify that, I have 2 other Sony cameras which is 7 Megapixel but still I never had any issue with those, so please don’t try to say that I don’t know how to take a snap.

So, my final request to you is please give me my money back as I can’t keep running to service centers, because I work from Monday to Saturday, and don’t want any more troubleshooting.

Last year I had purchased a mobile phone (model no. j105i sony ericsson) i used only 8(eight) months out of 14(fourteeen) months rest of the months it was kept with your service center.
And in last one year it was repaired many times at your Faridabad service center. but when last time I gave it for repair till today 12/04/2011 can`t get back because your service center is shifted from faridabad and I don`t know exactly.

Dear Sir,

I had bought w100i last 6 months ago. The day from I bought it is troubling me alot. I am not able to send messages and not able to receive calls and it become struck in the middle and also I have experienced a strange behaviour of this phone. I went to authorised service centre 5 times in 6months and they were just keep on changing software all the time but no use with that software.



Guys without changes to software if you load it many times what the use in it. I heard maximum complains on Sony Ericsson why this is happening again and again even after these many complains ...why asking feedback and why maintain forums do something guys and change the way you are going and make people happy with your services. Its really became hectic buying Sony Ericsson mobiles.

And after all my repair when I spoke to serivce center on toll free no:[protected]
they said me to handover the handset in nearer service center then get the workorder no: after that we replace the handset with given a ref no: But its been more than 2 weeks since I handover my handset and my status is still pending. and even again when I spoke today they said me to wait again more week.

Till that time how i should maintain my mobile.please do act on this as soon as possible.

Sony Ex400 Thru Easy Day — warranty card not received &Scratches on Unit

I had purchased a LCD sony bravia EX400- 32 from Easy day on 11 april 2011 and made full pament.
At the time of delivery the warranty card was missing and there were scratches in LCD as well
.The same has been intimated to dealer but he simply denied .


Request you to arrange for a fresh piece along with the warranty card .
