[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson — too much delay

Iwas purched one of the best brand(i think)sony ericsson model no-C510 pop dt24th apr 2010 before warraty its failure .i went to the autherised service center.i told the compliant .they recived the complaint they told we will retify the problems within 15days now asked about the cell they were not responding properly they were diverting to sony customer care offficer regd this matter,kindly take necessary action immed .

Sony Ericsson — Non Return of Warranty Handset

I am Kunal Vaid from Pune. I had submitted my Sony Ericsson E10i handset to Accel Service Center Pune on 7th Of March. The phone was in dead condition. The authorities told me that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. The complaint number given to me was SE311APN10559 Since the phone was under warranty, the battery would be replaced free of cost. But they told that it will take a week as the part was to be brought from Chennai. Till 18th of March I did not receive any feedback from the service center. So I forwarded my complaint to the Sony Ericsson Complaint Center. The Complaint id given to me was 89919124 But the authorities have till now not given any feedback as to by when I will get my phone back and also haven't given any handset on standby.
Its been 36days and still they are asking for a week to sort the issue.
I request you to kindly look into the matter

Sony Ericsson / Aspen Mobile — Delay in delivering Mobile back to me from service

Hi,

I given my mobile (Sony Aspen) mobile worth 13,000/- in Sony-Ericsson service center at Nehru place Delhi on March 5th,2011 due to some touch problem.
At that time they are said delivery time as 2-3 weeks, and after they again said April first week and after April 18th and now they said May first week.
They are extending the Delivery date.The staff of Sony-Ericsson service center at Nehru place were not responding to my calls.
When I call to customer care they are saying only one thing "Part is pending from Sony-Ericsson,you need to wait".I am Unable to do any thing in this.
They are extending my delivery date to months .It's already crossed 1 month and 11 days and I don't know how many days I have to wait for my mobile.

Kindly get me out of this problem.

I have sony w100i with warrenty.Last month it gets restarts frequently, i reach the service centre and told about this problem the care staff told the technician will come only after 3 days so you come again three days later. Second time i went the care and i get back the same response.Then finally third time i give the mobile and get serviced, one weeks it works good and after it gets the same problem.in the care there is always a lot of crowd the care is not only for sonyericsson they take service of videocon, huawei, micromax, dish tv etc.., and the care staffs are not answered properly they got angry quickly soiwro to the forum.

It happened with me also .Their engineers are not well trained.They spoil the TV which becomes beyond repair and dont own up their fault.Then they offer discounts.If we buy a new one, and their is a fault. the engineers are the same again it would come full circle.I wowed never to buy a sony again.

Sony DVD Home theatre — intermittent stoppage while play

I have purchased DVD Home theatre player in oct 2009. From the time of purchase there were problem of intermoddent stoppage ar the time of playing especially after 20/25 minutes.However i did not take it seriously and never made any complaint due to my limited usage. After my daughter's marriage in FEB2011dvd player was used for playing the wedding and reception dvds. The problem continue to occur resulting in complete dissatisfaction of the product at the time playing the important event in our lives.
.I would like to state that i am one of the most ardent customer of sony for its quality and customer satisfaction. To add further. in March 2011, i have bought 2 lap top pcs for my use and my son at the cost of nearly 1.5 lacks.

I have registered my complaint 0n 22-4-11and the number is 7335295. I am working in one of leading PSU in a senior management level. I would be grateful if the complaint is attended on priority with out any cost although warranty period is over and give me greater satisfaction of the product as a special case.

I am sure sony will meet my expectations without delay to demonstrate their commitment in quality and prompt service in redressing the grievances of valued customers like me.

Sony Ericsson — NO PROPER RESPONSE

I bought a SONY ERICSON mobile phone last month. I found some problem in that and i gave it to the SONY ERICSON service centre(15.04.11). They told "It was only software problem" and said they'll repair and give it on next day itself but on the next day they told "It was an hardware problem" and asked 4 days time to get the spares and repair it.Till now they didn't repair and telling "No spares are available" and not properly responding me...

SO DEAR FRIENDS PLEASE CHOOSE A GOOD PRODUCT FOR YOU AND AVOID SONY PRODUCTS BECAUSE ITS SERVICE IS VERY POOR .

tough m very brand loyal towards sony but sony ericsson ruind all ma hopes for sony...i purchased xperia x2 and with in a year it god replaced 3 times and now it's for the 4th time gone for replacement.
all the times software problems occours ...more over the sick and bloody poor performance os the service center is almost unexplanable...i mean even a tortoise can run faster than a sony ericsson service center...

Sony Ericsson Satio — Persisting problems

hello sir,
I bought a sony ericcson U1i Satio on october 2010.
Initially it was good, but then the problems started in march.
The phone started to switch off automatically.i took
It to a sony ericsson certified service center Accel-chennai GR in greams road. They replaced the touch screen. I got it back on the first on april. But then the same problem persisted. I took it back on the15th of april, got it back on the 26th. Still no change. Took it again yesterday, but still the problem is persisting. This is a really bad first experience with sony ericsson.
I am facing the same issue. We should take some action.
Sir i have purchased sonyericsson w100i on Jan-2011 but i getting problem with this phone just like automatic switch off, slow processing etc., I gave it at service center at Kukatpally, Hyderabad some what problem was completed but now the problem is when i go to type message (out of memory) will be shown that's the problem.
