Sony Entertainment TV — MONOPOLISTIC ATTITUDE OF IDEA MOBILE

An Ad featuring Mr.Amitabh Bachchan is being show on Sony Entertainment Television.

In the ad, Mr.Bachchan says that he is going to restart the famous Quiz Show again and then he asks a question which can be answered only by the Users of Idea Mobile. The winners will be given a chance to participate in the show hosted by Mr.Bachchan.

This is not proper. This is a monopolistic tendency and against the Competition Act. The Public Media belongs to one and all and a company cannot restrict the the participation to a selected few only when it fully knows that the show will be viewed by all and sundry and not only by the users of Idea Mobile.

My copmalint is that this ad should be stopped and all should be allowed to answer the question.

I had purchsed sony ericsson Xylo(w20) phone in sept 2010.One month later the camera stopped functioning.Although it was repaired ,it was certainly a let down that onlyone month after purchase of a reputed sony model it developed defects.

Now today ,some of the keys have stopped working.Again it has to be given to the service centre for a minimum of 10 days.

My point is if the model w20 is a defective model why sony ericcsson acknowledge that w20 is a defective model altogether and recall or withdraw this model.The customer should be given an option o[censored]pgrading to another handset at some extra cost.

Am Danny, i bought a K770i about a year ago. It was working beautifully with no problems until yesterday after charging, an information appeared on the scene saying i should visit your customer service. Now when i switch on my phone, my fully charged battery depicts low battery and goes off. It JUST begun yesterday[protected].

Sony Ericsson Mobile — Problem with Mobile Handset

In the month of February, 2011, i purchase sony ericssonn's mobile phone i.e. Spiro (W100i) and after purchasing the mobile handset I am feeling that I have been cheated. I went three times to their service centre and they always update the software but the problem is still there. I saw many people there having the same handset with same problem. I have wasted many money by purchasing this handset which i earned by doing lots of hardwork. They are not even ready to compensate/exchange the handset.

Please help me out

SonyEricsson Xperia Mini Pro X10 — phone home screen stops working after updating to android 2.1

I have purchased a new phone xperia mini pro x10 just a month ago and at the time of purchasing it was working copletely fine untill now after I update my phone to new version i,e android 2.1 my home screen menu stops working it keeps on displaying a message like "SORRY Sonyericsson Home screen stops working suddenly". I therefore request your kind authority to kindly give a solution or help as I am I need for your help. Thanking you.

as I purchased an Sony Ericsson X10 mobile in feburary as after 2 months phone just show disabilities I submit my handset in sony ericcson service centre as the mobile have less issue the service centre demands the phone to under them for 20 days as for small issue 20 days is so long , as when I called them they still said that your mobile is under repair and take time

please take some action against them

Sony Ericsson — Have not received my phone

Its been more than 40 days now that my phone is with Sony ericsson and i have not received any update.i have called customer care so many times and they keep on asking for more time.Firstly they told me they require 4 days then after 4 days they said they require 4 more days and now they are saying they require more time

i am not sure if they have my phone with them.
One if their customer executive told me that sony does not take more than 30 days but now its been 40 days.

I am having lot of problem because of this

I saw many people there having the same handset with same problem. I have wasted many money by purchasing this handset which i earned by doing lots of hardwork. Sony Ericsson — phone is not serviced by service centre

I have sony ericsson phone u10i , and display is not working , i went to service cente bg systems they said to change flex in it, and got 50 rs in advance. they called me later an said , ur phone may worked or not if we change the flex. i said return me the phone and i went to receive it. they gave only the phone and not the advance amount. i enquired about it he said that it for detecting what the problem in phone.

Sony Ericsson T Mobile Cdma Landline Handset — Service Down times

I have been using this service under the MTNL tatkal service scheme for several years since service inception in the early 80's. The issue i have had with the service, is with the all weather functionality. i have seen down times for several days and only after several follow up complaints, has the service been restored only temporarily. Adding to my woes, is the voice reception quality, especially from other BSNL direct landline service providers. The line gets disconnected abruptly and only after a preactivating the STD service does my line get reconnected. I would appreciate some quick resolution to the mater,

I purchased a mobile phone of sony errecsion model no. M1i just six month before. Customer's name is Atul Kosariya'.But it is found that the it's head phone is not fuctioning at all.I approached to PREET Sony Errecsion Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (CG) on dtd 11.06.2011. They checked the set and found that the the head phone is not working and need to be replaced.They assured me that a new head phone will be given with in 7-10 days time. But it is very sorry say that even after passing of 20 days time the same has not been replaced. At every approach they assured for another seven days time. I an unable to understand what is the problem with Sony errecsion service centre?

Competant authority may kindly look in to the matter for replacement of head phone as soon as possible.
