[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Sony Ericsson j108i cedar to Sony Ericsson service center(NEW IT SOLUTION), ABC TOWER, 1st floor, Shop No.17Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Ph:[protected] for Audio Sound and Hanging Problem On 5 Sep, 2011. From there i got job sheet (SE[protected]) and they told me it will take 2 days maximum after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 7 days more.Now 16 days gone and They Not Do anything.Yesterday i am talk to him and he say to me my mobile camera is not working.I m fully socked. How can this possible sir?? I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic.
Sony Ericsson service center(NEW IT SOLUTION) talk to me my mobile spare is not available in Varanasi and Chennai zone.Where are your service sir??????????

i purchased my mobile in june 2011..after buying mobile i got many tecnical problem..i gave my mobile in service center..but they guys only submit my mobile and do not take any action.....after 25 days i did not get my mobile from service center. now i do not want that mobile i want a new mobile by replacement....... please do something....
i bought sony ericsson spiro"w100i" mobile in 7 dec 2010.within aweek it occur many problems.i submitted my mobile many times to costumer service but my problem not solve.. I tried mailing the Sony Ericsson people loads of times but I never get a response. I am tired and want a replacement or refund. I don't know whom to approach. If this continues, the only option left will be the court of law. This is the worst product and service I've ever come across and I will never recommend this brand to anyone..this model is defective model ...every one faces problem with this model.
Sony Ericson is a fcking company and the more worst is the service centre at thane eternity mall.
my 3 phones which i gave there, none of that gave me a +ve feedback.That service centres license shuld be cut down.
My w880i and w580i cell phone were given to them 3 mhnts ago and they gave me back to me sayng that there are no paerts available and the other cell phone they gaye me as it is sayng tht it is reparied which was nt.
Soon i am going to launch a complaint against them at consumer forum.

Whenever I visit their service center they also damaged his mother board by your service center engineer
he said to sir you come after one week . But today is 8 th september but not any information regarding to my phone
sir i want to be changed my mobile because his mother board also damaged by your service center sky communication nit faridabad

Sony Ericsson / W100i — No response from sony ericsson customer care members

I bought sony ericssons handset W100I from Gol market , new delhi on april 2010 within 3 months it start giving problem unable to start and battary back almost 15 min........i took it to sony service centre but they abuse me. They have not repaired the handset.....they dont receive my calls at service centre...and when v personally go there they keep saying come next week come next week.....till date my set is in service centre....they say they are changing the handset....but i talked to other customers using SONY ERICSSON handset they said it take only 5 to 7 days to change the handset.....they once called us on ..we have visited the centre after that day 4 times and they say we didn't called you...and your set is not repaired....today i visited the centre again and first they said your set is ready u will get it in 10 minutes but after 1 hour they said come next week....
PLEASE help us....

Sony Ericsson / Xperia X8 Phone — Neither ready to replace nor able to repair.

I have got the worst experience with this phone Xperia X8 of Sony Ericsson and the negligibility in customer service. The very next day to purchase, the phone's speaker went bad. I got it replaced that time. Again at the end of 1st month the phone's touch screen stopped working. This time I gave it in service center for repair but never again received the phone back. The service guys are neither able to repair it nor they are ready to replace it. It has been a month now and am still waiting for the my set. Customer Care callers are not able to provide any explanation, thus is hanging up my calls. Such companies should be barred from doing bussiness in the country. Please help getting my phone back.
I have purchased xperia mini phones within 1 week the soft keys often works while using other application. the mother board was replaced once but still same problem persists. The service centers are worst in india.

Sony Ericsson — unsatisfied with the service has no sony customer service is able to solve my problem in replacing the receiver of the phone

I am Novel who purchased the Sony Ericsson Xeperia Mini x10 on 31/05/2011 and within three months the phone started the problem , I am not able to listen the voice of the person from the other side so I went to Sony ericsson and they told me that the receiver of the phone is not working and told me to come after one week but after one week I called them and even went to collect my phone but they told me it is not done and they need one more week so I agreed and after one week again I went but again they told me the same thing so I have to ask my phone back but they were not ready to give my phone back. This is not at all acceptable when the service centre is not able to solve a some issue like replacing the receiver. My question is when you have phone in the market then why not the accessories. I am really unsatisfied with the service which the phone like Sony which is a branded product. Please call me at [protected] and resolve my issue for replacing the receiver if it is not done then I will go to Customer Court to raise my issue.I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

Sony Yendo — phone is defective

This is to inform you that i Amit J thakker, purchased a cell phone Sony YENDO, but that phone has defect in memory card as well as in format mentioned while purchasing the phone. That phone mentioned that it supports MP3 fromat but it is not supporting that also, secondly the memory card card in the phone is not showing any data which is there in memory card, neither it is showing free memory available in that memory card, but when that same phone is connected to the laptop or any other device that it is showing the data of memory card. i tried calling helpline number of sony but they said helpline number change and they gave me new helpline number, when i tried calling in new helpline number than auto voice again say the same thing that helpline number has change and this is the new helpline number. i m tired of calling then and even locating the sservice centre of sony but i am not able to trace anything. so please help me, i spend 6000 rupees but i am feeling helpless.

i bought the sony ecrisson spiro handset in hyderabad. i never new sony makes so bad handset and services are hell. despite visiting the customer care center several times there is never positive response. i have got updated software several times but it is of no use, there are so many problems with the set. i have planned to move to consumer court and publish this on my facebook wall so that others are not fooled by SONY.

Sony Ericsson — case of cheating and 420

Dear sir/madam,

I purchased a handset (model C903, IMEI no. - [protected]) from Hot Spot, Som Dutt Plaza, The Mall, Kanpur ( Book No. 220/104, Serial No.5196) on 9th August, 2010. But after one month I start facing problems. Twice they replaced my handset i.c. with corrupted i.c. and two times company delivered me old handset.

Detail of problems:

1. Work order Date: 25th Sept, 2010
Problem: Navigation key was not working properly
Delivery Date & action taken: 25th Sept, 2010, navigation key repaired
Status of problem: Not resolved

2. Work order Date: 2nd or 3rd Oct, 2010
Problem: As above
Delivery Date & action taken: navigation key repaired
Status of problem: Worked properly only for 1 month

3. Work order Date: 1st July, 2011
Problem: Automatic restart, hanging, can’t connect the charger, earphones and USB cord
Delivery Date & action taken: 5th July, 2011 software upgraded and connecting jack changed
Status of problem: Not resolved (handset worked properly only for 10 days)

4. Work order Date: 26th July, 2011
Problem: Problem in connecting jack, Automatic restart, hanging
Delivery Date & action taken: 9th August 2011 IC changed
Status of problem: Start facing new problems

5. Work order Date: 11th August, 2011
Problem: Insert Sim error message, automatic restarting of the hand set, applications were not working properly
Delivery Date & action taken: 24th August 2011 IC changed
Status of problem: Applications were not working properly

6. Work order Date: 25th August-3 Sept, 2011
Problem: excessive heating of battery & automatic restarting of the hand set, applications were not working properly,
Delivery Date & action taken: 25th-3rd Sept, 2011 Software upgraded
Status of problem: Problems not resolved

7. Work order Date: 3rd Sept, 2011
Problem: As above
Delivery Date & action taken: 29th Sept, 2011 Handset replaced
Status of problem: Handset was old (scratches on handset & screen, ear speakers & handset was full of dust)

8. Work order Date: 1st Oct, 2011
Problem: Old Handset
Delivery Date & action taken: 8th Nov, 2011, Handset replaced
Status of problem: Delivered handset is old

In delivered handset there are some old messages, scratches on battery, problem of auto restarting and problem of hanging of application while typing text from the date of delivery. It seems that whole housing of delivered handset is changed.

During this period I contacted customer-care, service centre and higher authorities but result is zero.It clarifies that the service provided is not trust-able. Because of such type of service I am totally mentally, economically and physically torch-erred.

i.e. I am asking for refund with all my expenses.

** I have already sent a notice on 19th Nov, 2011 by courier but they are not taking any action regarding the same.

Kindly solve the problem.

Sony Ericsson — DEFECTIVE SET

I HAVE A MOBILE HANDSET "SPIRO W100i" OF SONY ERICSSON AND I AM FACING MANY PROBLEMS IN IT FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. I PURCHASED IT IN JUNE 2011 AND IMEI NO. IS "[protected]". GOT IT REPAIRED MANY TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. THEY DO NOTHING EXCEPT FORMATTING THE SOFTWARE. THE PROBLEMS IN MY HANDSET ARE HANGING WHILE DATA TRANSFER, AUTOMATIC RESTART, CALL LOG IS NOT OPENING AND MANY OTHER PROBLEM ARE THERE. I HAVE SEEN OTHER PEOPLE USING IT AND THEY ARE ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM. I THINK THIS IS A DEFECTED MODEL. SO, NOW I WANT ONLY REFUNG OF MY MONEY.
