[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

The SBI, ATM system are not working, and cash are not available in the machine last five days in Shillong, Meghalaya. After lodge complains thorough telephone no action has taken by the authority and customers are facing the problems and cannot withdraw the salaries from last five days, the authority are idelar of SBI,
So it is request once again to correct the ATM machine, specially POLO, JAIL ROAD, POLICE BAZAR, LAITUMKHRAH, etc.

my name is balram gupta.I have a account in "oriental bank of commerce" a/c. no [protected] in ghaziabad. Sir I came varanasi and used atm machine of "state bank of india".I didnot recieve my money but my 5000 Rs were dedudcted please refund my money.

Sir,

I Sri Madan Mohan Patra beg to state that, on 07.07.2011 at 03.03 PM, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 15000.00 from my SB Account no.[protected] (State Bank of India, MB, Jeypore) at HDFC bank ATM, but after entry of Rs.15000.00, the ATM suggested that 15000.00 is higher and lesser amount may entered and then I entered Rs. 10000.00 on the machine and then the machine counted and currency inside the machine and without delivery of the amount it again suggested that amount is incorrect and enter amount further. To get my card from the machine I entered Rs. 100.00 and then the machine get me back my card and Rs. 100.00 and account slip. In that slip I found that the amount of Rs. 10000.00 which I not received is deducted from my saving account and the balance of my account is Rs. 133075.38. At 03.11 PM I enquired the balance at ATM of Axis Bank, IB Road, Jeypore anf found that Rs. 133484.38 is balance in my account and at 03.22 PM, I get one mini statement from the ATM of SBI at Hotel Princess Campus, Jeypore and found that Rs. 10000.00 is deducted from my account which I have not received.

I therefore request you that kindly initiate necessary step for refund of my money which I have not received from the ATM of HDFC Bank, Jeypore.

I am enclosing herewith the account slips of the above 03 ATMs for favour of kind information and necessary action.

SBI — BALANCE DEDUCTED WITHOUT WITHDRAWAL

Respected Sir,

I undersigned hereby state that Rs 10, 000/- amount was erroneously debited to my account, although I have not received any cash from PNB bank’s ATM machine on date 15/09/10 at time 10:47 hrs.

The event happened as detailed below.

- As SBI ATM machine located at main branch inside out of ORDER board, I went to PNB bank’s ATM BAGHA CHAMPARAN for withdrawing money on date 15/09/10 at time 10.45 hrs.ATM ID-N1008000and card No 622018xxxxxxxxxx167 TAX NO 6754and 6755 first time amount 5000RS and 2nd time 10000RS
but this amount debited my account i comlain to our branch -Hata State Bank Of India complain No-[protected]and second complain--AT[protected].
then i found our A/C 5000deposite tax no-6754 but tax no-6755 not get .
To confirm the actual balance in my account, I verified it by getting a Mini statement slip from SBI bank’s ATM located at hata . In this transaction no 7756 slip showed that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited to my account although I have not received any cash due to cash was not delivered from the ATM machine.

- Hastily I rushed to the State Bank of India Hata Branch, 1689- and described the unfortunate event I faced while making transaction in ATM machine, to the Public Relation Manager. He replied that, today there is a problem of server’s connectivity.before i given complain to your SBI ATM Manger so many time some time server connectivity problem, because before 10.45---tax 6754 RS 5000 i get but 10.47----TAX-NO[protected]RS 10 000 did not get this money .this complain near one year completed to online banking service of SBI .
Dear Sir, I am one of the satisfied customers of your bank services of SBI, also availing . And hope for your kind attention and help in the matter.
I request you to please arrange for REFUND of amount of Rs 10, 000/- (ten thousand) which was wrongly debited from my account.

State Bank of India — Money deducted without valid reason

I have a complain against State Bank of India. I have an Savings Account in SBI. On 04/08/2011, Thursday, I tried to purchase a few things online with my SBI Cash Plus ATM cum Debit Card. Before I enter my ATM PIN to confirm the payment, my network broke due to power cut. So, the transaction has been cancelled at that time. I have the proof of the transaction cancellation. But, when I checked later my bank balance, I saw that the money has been deducted from my bank account. Next day, 05/08/2011, Friday, there was an all India bank strike. So, on 06/06/2011, Saturday, I lodged a complain with the relevant documents they asked. They told me it'll be investigated very soon and the money will be refunded to my bank account. How soon? They told me, it'll be maximum 7 - 10 days. Yesterday I went to the bank and they said, it's not been investigated yet. They couldn't provide me any valid reason for that delay. How can I get my money refunded?

I am the Assistant Director of Agriculture (Subject Matter) under the establishment of Assistant Director of Agriculture (Administration), Durgapur. I have a joint Savings account (No: [protected]) with first name of my wife (Meghamala Sarkar) in your Branch. On 31st July at C.R.P.F. Amarabati A.T.M counter in the evening I tried to withdraw Rs. 20, 000/-(Twenty thousand) only and fulfilled all necessary commands but unfortunately no money came out. Withdraw was noted in the mini statement.
I thought this will be rectified automatically as this was happened previously in case of my another account at City Centre branch, Durgapur. But till today this has not been rectified.
I have informed you the fact and am enclosing photocopies of statements. Now, I request you to take appropriate steps so that the anomaly can be regularized.

State Bank of India — 2000 rs money has been drawn but no money came but amount deducted from account

am a cognizant complaint i went to tirupati on 30th aug 2011 my credited on that day so i tried to draw mny on 1sept at 4:05am first i draw 500rs but not got i thought there was some [roblem so went to next sbi atm and then checked to my surprise both times i got the same error meessage "maximum credit limit reached" so i cheeked my mini statement i was shocked to seee totally 2100 rs were went (frst i tried to drw 500 then 8000 twice) in a flash plz help with the solution i called to customer care but they are not responding........sometimes the number itself is not working.very much annoyed with thwe service i got..i got the transaction um of the ministatement...unfortunately i lost the transaction numn of previous unsucessfull transactions but plz believe me am noy trying to make the bank people blind

I am sbi account holder and my account no. is [protected] atm card no[protected] branch ganga nagar meerut (4422).On 13 aug 2011 at 18:18 i withdraw Rs10000 from ATM (ID SI0G[protected], Txn no. 930) but i recived only 1500(3 nots of 500) and rest money was trap in cash window and after few second the window flap closed.Then i logged complaint immediately by phone and they register my complaint against complaint no.AT[protected]. On 23/08/2011 at 11:08AM i recived a sms that your complaint has been attended now cotect to your branch.Then i contect to branch manager and after checking in system he told me that we did not found excess cash and he also gave me the hard copy of statement.Now i am unable to understand what to do because Rs10000 deducted from my account and i recived only Rs1500.Pl. suggest me what to do
