[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — Balance cut from 7696208871

Today morning when i checked my balance i shocked to see that it has nil balance. Yesterday i was haveing 135 rupee balance. When i called custmer care they told me that due to internet uses my balance was cut to zero. I was surprise because i have already taken internet plan and it has still data balance and validity . Plz do the needful help as it is third times happen to me.

Tata DoCoMo — Deduction of 0.60 RS per day

I would like to inform you that there is a deduction of 0.60 RS per day from my account without any reason.Deduction of money takes place around 3.30 AM.Earlier I already inform you about the details of deduction by email & previously written complaint.But the problem not resolved.

I am just here to inform that i had started TATA PHOTON service 1yr back first 6month did not get proper connection but on continues complains also no body took care of the problem,still I kept on paying the bills ,finally I thought of disconnecting the service and the last bill even on paying they are asking me to pay again THEY ARE THIEVES ,the service people had stolen my money and now even when I am using other service connection they are continually sending me bills of no usage also. I WOULD SAY THEY HAVE BAD SERVICE ,BAD MANAGEMENT AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY .They should do something to improve their reputation

Hi Tata Photon

This is Ashish Kumar and I have taken a Tata photon device ([protected]) on 16/09/2011 and on the day which I took the connection from that day, I am facing the issue, initially as the 100 Minutes the speed was approximately 150 kbps was downloading speed and browsing speed was 100kbps. After 100 minutes free usage the account got deactivated and it took 3 – 4 days for activation, for the activation lot of calls were made to dealer and helpline.

The tata photon details are as follow

After activation, the speed of net was 100kbps for 1 hour and after that the downloading speed is 20kbps and browsing speed is 20kbps and after that it takes 2-3 minutes to load a site i.e., after clicking on Gmail it took 2 minutes to load.

After giving a complain, a call came on my no.[protected] and she followed trouble shooting steps but also the issue not resolved and she gave some addresses to visit but why should I visit has there is no problem from my end.

As a customer I want the resolution to provided or else I wanted to have the compensation for this kind of in convience for the new customer and then what will happen with the old customer.

I want the resolution to be provided ASAP,…

My number is[protected] from tatadocomo maharashtra circle. i have switched off my mobile on 20th sept 2011 and on on morning 21sept 2011.when on my mobile i got the message that you have been charged rs 49 for downloading the game. but i have not downloaded any game. i am using carbonn mobile without gprs setting.i complained the matter to cc but they are not replying. i have also complained to nodal officer but they are telling it is a right deduction.i donot know how is it possible to download the game in mobile switched off without setting. tatadocomo is cheating. i think i will port out. they are teeling world class service they are providing. thaey are providing chaeting service to people of india. iwill not suggest any one go for docomo. chaeting company.

Tata DoCoMo — non fulfillment of promises

I purchased a new prepaid card no. [protected] by paying Rs 124/- in which the dealer confirmed to give Rs 60/- talk value plus 3 Gb data for internet use for three months.
I used the card in micromax dongle to run the net on my laptop. the net was very good and it disconnected after half n hour. then i noticed that my account balance was zero. I went to the dealer to complaint but he was not listening and told me that i would have to make first call to activate the sim. I talked to customer care and they told me to recharge of rs 2/- to activate the net. again I went to dealer to make recharga of Rs 2/- but he told me that the system is not taking the recharge and he talked to his helpline and was helpless to give me those 3 Gb internet use for 3 months.
Nobody here is listening

Tata DoCoMo — doesn't pay my balance

on 19 spt i recived a msg from company and aftar read this massage i recharged my numbar on 20spt with 30rs bcoz i got a special offar of full talk time of rs 30 till 22 spt..but still now {25 spt} company dose not tarnfar any ammout on my number...i got only 25.20 rs but 4.80 rs are not tranfarine to my numbar by the company i contect to costmar care but they are not giveing me a propar answer..AND they dont know how to talk
