[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — forceful service activation,

Tata Docomo is unnecessarily activating services like beauty tips,health tips,feng shui,etc..to my number and cutting 30 rs per month from my balance account.this happens as soon as i recharge.i have been noticing it since 2 to 3 months.I am always complaining to customer care,but they lie to me that it will not happen once again.. this way i m facing loss of 30 to 60 rs every month.

I am using TATA DOCOMO number,

I am using this number from 25 december 2010

In this month I went to out of mumbai I mean romming aira date from 09/09/2011. but reason is, company plan is in roming outgoing call is 1 paise per second in home network and other network outgoing call is Rs. 1.5 /- per minute but after 13/09/2011 my out going call wrongly charge aply 1.5 paisa per second.
Total wrong diduction is Rs. 90/- extra of my cal rate. so plzz help me sir. Ihave complane to tata docomo coustmer care but he is geven me answer wrong. after some time I call nodal care officer then noda care officer given me a complane no.

Tata DoCoMo — Unwanted Balance deduction by TATA DOCOMO

My Self Milind Annadate and my number is [protected]
Since last 1 month i called docomo customer care twice a week for unwanted deduction but they are not stopped annoying me. Every 2 days after i am getting sms you subscribe this and charged 30Rs. If i haven't enough amt of bal they charged me 3Rs.
Every time when i get msg i called customer care they told me onward we assure you, "we will definityl solve your problem" but till date i didn't get any result.

One more thing wants to highlight i already started DND service but no effect.

I request to tata docomo please stop this nonsense stuff and give me a positive result.

Tata DoCoMo — unsubscribe radio mirchi

docomo activated mirchi mobile service on my no [protected]. i dont want this service so i tried to deactivate it by dialing 155223 but there is no option to deactivate this service. it says there is no such service active on my number [protected]. docomo deduced my balance 20 rupees twice for such unwanted service.
