[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

Here I am spending ample time writing about the netowrk which i had to hate the most of all that i have used till now. Its none other than Tata Docomo that will fetch such a wonderful name from a customer for there incredible technology and screwed up customer service. I wish every customer that decides to buy a connection from Tata Docomo might get a chance to read this before they end up buying it. There have been many issues that i have listed below which someone should read because it is something that s/he have to live with if s/he buys a connection from Tata Docomo.

Issues.
1. Hero to Zero in just a fraction of a second: No matter you are on a call or if the mobile is free from calls, all of A sudden with no reason, the signal drops to zero and takes minimum of 5 mins or a restart of the mobile to recover. Of course the call disconnects if this happens in the middle of a call.

2. Beware of talking personal stuff cos you might be overheard by someone else too: Someone calling you might be listening to a stranger talking to someone else, Yes, cross talk(first time i've experienced in my mobile usage). In this case, you will hear the caller tryig to talk to you till they realize the voice is not yours, but they wont hear you. This happens on an average of thrice in a week.

3. Fluctuations made flexible: Apart from the signal dropping you will experience a terrible fluctuation in the network no matter where you are. In which case you wont be able to determine a location where you could wait for an incoming call or to continue your conversation or to make an outgoing call.

4. No emergency calls: This is really an annoying issue that no mobile user can with stand, cos there is no person that will not use mobile when in an emergency situation, and 60% of the outgoind calls will either not connect you to the caller at the first attempt or will take 1-1.5 mins to connect. 1 or 1.5 mins is not an ordinary time or eeven normal on any other network.

5. One more -tion and it is conjustion: I have always seen more failure messages in my sent items rather than sent messages cos of the terrible network and a strange fact that the outgoing message fails when there is an incoming message coming in. Well, if you are a frequent messager, there yoou go, if you send three messages at a time, only two of them are sent and one fails. If you are sending more than three.. sorry.. there are risks that you wont receieve cals for the next few mins.

6. Alive yet dead: Your phone has full signal, but then people calling you will get a response from the IVR that you are in a not reachable area. This situation could last for 5 hours to the maximum. This is very common if you are a Tata Docomo user.

7. I used to have a connection when Reliance had introduced mobile phones for just Rs 501 in which I can talk at high clarity even with one point of the signal, whereas in Tata Docomo, You need to have atleast 85%(Thats quite impossible) of signal to make a call or to send an sms.

8. Customer care, Your customers need some extra care but you don care at all:
Well, if you have to call the customer care very frequently if you use Docomo but you willl never be connected to them and even if you get connected, you will have some body promising you a solution in a particular time period but never will happen. For instance my first complaint
of the signal dropping to zero was promised to be resolved in 90(What the hell!!) days, but it has been 214 days now and I had the issue even just 45 minutes ago.

9. Last yet the best(worst!): I had sent an sms to my friend which actually got delivered more than 48 times and this happened consecutively for 10 more messages at a strecth and i was unable to send any other messages when the message was getting delievered multiple times. Called the customer care who promised a resolution in 24 hours(Never did though). This lasted for more than 4 days.


I am not going to live with this for long but now i don have an option cos i spread my number in my business circle, but then if you are going to buy Tata Docomo, please reconsider because these experiences of mine are terrible when experienced rather than in just words.

TATA Indicom — not removing the VAS called so many times

the services the two services (matrubhasha and news )are activated without my permission they keep charging (60 rs /month )for the same
it is not abt the money i dont want VAS they are forcing and not removivg serving
they are saying that i m using tata zone but in my mobile does not have tatazone feature

I has called more than tree times they are not removing the VAS services
last time called to cutomer care .they disconnected the call and now they are not transffering the my call to customer care

I just came from Canada, bought Tata Docomo service in Bangalore., it sucks big time, network is full of problem, cannot receive calls, Called customer service, some girls say hello, and then put phone on hold for ever.

Wonder why this company even exists. Must close down. Very poor service, no customer service, network is bad. I have lost so much of business and time, because of these , worse things is that I came here for one month and gave number to all my associates and they are not able to reach me. Wasted whole trip.


Is there anyone in their company who even bother to fix up problem?, It will be another failure like various Tata cars, third rate cars, only used us taxis. I wonder even docomo is mea

TaTa Indicom Mobile Communication — Am not able to call STD Docomo

Today morning onwards, Am not able to call Docomo number ( Andhra Predesh ) STD from my Tata mobile number( Karnataka ). I have reached customer care but they were not responding properly and they were giving false promise timing to fix this propblem.It has been spent more than 10hrs till now..

i am darshan a docomo customer, and i am very sad to say you that the services provided by your representatives are very bad. Very often they dont know the offers which are received by me through SMS from docomo. And due to wrong information from the representatives i had to claim refund 3 to 4 times from docomo and being a valuable customer of yours this makes me so much worried. Another thing i want to telll is about the signal its too weak while comparing with other competitors.
what do your company think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..
and worst is that on 30 dec 2010 i received call from docomo about an offer of caller tunes for 4 months of Rs 50/- which i don't want to take, so i said them no for it next day i found that my phone has caller tune service activated after that when i call on 121 executive said me that problem will be resolved after that they do something that my call fails again and again when i try to dial 121.when i tried to place my complaint from my friends phone they heard all things and said "ab lag hi gaya hai to fir use kar lijiye" i said him to just stop that service and return my balance and he gave me complaint no. PSG09005768 he said i will soon receive a msg containing that no. and till 7:50 my balance will be back but no such no. came and same happened when she tried to call again automatic machine said that, ' all customer care executives are busy now' and they remain busy till the date still me and my friend are trying to make call but ALL TATA DOCOMO EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY.this thing is not new it had happened millions of times both with tata indicom and docomo when they don't want to solve our problems

Tata Docomo — Needs to make services available through their website

I have been a subscriber of Tata DOCOMO almost since the time their launched their services in Mumbai. While I have got reasonably good response to service requests through their Helpline, I wish they could make certain services, like change of Tariff Plan, adding/removing Add-ons, etc. through their website as well. This is because, often the Customer Care is not fully aware of their new promotional offers or doesn't have a good understanding of their own service offerings. It would help net-savvy subscribers to understand and opt for additional services through their website, which also promotes transparent business practices. Though I have been a subscriber for over an year, I have noticed that the Tata DOCOMO website has hardly undergone any changes to make it more intuitive, or give more options to subscribers to evaluate services. I hope someone from the company reads this and looks into this which am sure will benefit scores of other subscribers of Tata DOCOMO as well.

Tata Docomo — service facility

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,
I am an user of Tata Indicom Service provider(Mobile No. is [protected]). I lost my mobile on 31st jan'11. I just called the service center to block my SIM, they have logged my complain and requesting to submit the documents as i requested for the same No. I have submitted the documents on 2nd feb'11 at Tata Indicom Shop (Mr. Amit, Contact No.[protected] in Kharangajhar, Telco colony, Telco, Jamshedpur. After the submitted the documents and payment of Rs 125/-, they have offered the Tata indicom SIM with same No. and a free SIM of Docomo- No. is [protected] (which i latter know that there is no any scheme for free Docomo SIM. They have chited me by this offer, which i didn't required). Also, The earlier lost SIM is blocked after 5 days from the date of complaint. I was mentally tortured as i have to go their place so many times and request to block the SIM immdiately and activate the new SIM. The Old one Indicom SIM is blocked, but new Indicom SIM is not activated, so again go and request for next 5 days to activate this SIM.
During that period, i was using Docomo SIM under pressure of work because i have no any communication source. Next few days, i was using Docomo SIM before the outgoing facility is also blocked and it is not activated yet. They have demanding again new documents which i have submitted again ( i have already asked them for any documents at the time of offering this SIM on 2nd feb,11,but they don't need any documents). After the submitting the documents, the out going facility is not started yet.
Now, I am worried misuse of the documents requesting so many times.

So, I just want to put a Complain against Tata Indicom Service Provider for the following reasons:-
1) Mentally disturbance
2) Physical Harassment
3) chitting
4) Not providing the service on time (as SIM is blocked after 5 days of submitting the documents)
5) Worried about the misuse of documents as they have demanding so many times.


It is requested you to kindly take an action against this fraud.
