Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market. |

what do your company think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..
and worst is that on 30 dec 2010 i received call from docomo about an offer of caller tunes for 4 months of Rs 50/- which i don't want to take, so i said them no for it next day i found that my phone has caller tune service activated after that when i call on 121 executive said me that problem will be resolved after that they do something that my call fails again and again when i try to dial 121.when i tried to place my complaint from my friends phone they heard all things and said "ab lag hi gaya hai to fir use kar lijiye" i said him to just stop that service and return my balance and he gave me complaint no. PSG09005768 he said i will soon receive a msg containing that no. and till 7:50 my balance will be back but no such no. came and same happened when she tried to call again automatic machine said that, ' all customer care executives are busy now' and they remain busy till the date still me and my friend are trying to make call but ALL TATA DOCOMO EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY.this thing is not new it had happened millions of times both with tata indicom and docomo when they don't want to solve our problems

some times my balance not show a per fect andsome times 5 rs some times 80rs what i do i dont know pls do for me ok and pls send me mymsg center number so many times i cant sendig a massage

my no. 80156 35057, and had complained several times thro 121 and directly to your four roads office in salem, tamilnadu regarding in my gprs phone i was getting google, other websites andyahoo mails. for past 5 days i was getting google. but i cannot get my yahoo mails. i have complained this to all the offices but no body is helping. i want to surrender docomo if my complaint is rectified within 2 days.

my no.80156 35057 for which i have gprs and using google and other websites, yahoo mail. for past one week i am not getting yahoo mail but can go thro google. pl. clear this problem. i have already complained regarding this but no response.

SCAMMING MONEY, SCAM, BAD SERVICE
Tata Docomo is a fraud company. I have been using their SIM card since last four months and now during my visit back out of country, did not use for 2-3 weeks, All the balance drained. Again I recharged couple of 100 Rs, but to no avail, It did not appear and phone is still blocked, . Talked to dealer, customer service, they have no clues.
Beware TATA DOCOMO is scamming your money and recharge, it is very dangerous company. Besides they are technically very bad and in most of Bangalore, their signal is very poor.
These frauds must be avoided by all means. They just believe in taking away your money. and your phone will be barred and amount will disappear. In a matter of day I lost much of money after coming back from overseas.
TATA DOCOMO IS A SCAM, IT SUCKS, FULL OF THIEVES.

SCAMMING MONEY, SCAM, BAD SERVICE Tata Docomo is a fraud company, what do you think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..on the date 8.04. 2011 i recharge your disgusting service 3g on my mobile by purchasing terrif 350/-for free 500 std + local call mint and 200 mb free uses data yesterday after using 19 mb suddenly i recive msg that you hv been deducted some money from last internet browsing what a rubbish in only a day, secondly yor all representatives are idiots they dnt know how to resolve and represent the problems and informations to the customers they always say one thing wait we transfer your call to our higher authority but after some times they said sorry our higher authority is too much

Your tata docomo service is totaly hope less as i have opn a site and without downloading on saturday 23.04.2011 32 Rs. cahrged for downloading and on Tuesday i have faced the same problem and charged 93 Rs for downloading the massage appear on mobile. When i called in customercare they told me that the site you have open was chargable. I cannot understand that the charge cut was for downloading OR for opening chargable site and you told that surfing was free. I want my money back.

All the complaints are 100% true. I think i am in HELL after i took Tata Docomo postpain connection. Nothing is organised. The network connection sucks. I am trying billion of times to customer care the call never goes, The miss call bill add my post paid billing, i requst to my miss call billing your my account add i my not satify your conntion . i told you my last mount post paid bill 1 day all detail & my home number is miss call, but next bill in add this miss call billing plz check your details. Really in this generation having a communication cellular media like docomo is a curse to the human being. I am so frustrated.
Requesting all that please never ever try to take Tata docomo conneciton

tata docomo ur sevices are very unsatisfactory ur network always a bad recption and also I am gettin this calls abt callertune advts like every 5 min a day I tried calling ur customercare but it as always didnt work

I am facing a lot of problems from Tata Docomo. The service has really become too bad. i hv been activated to the call me tunes which is an offer of 180 days for which i hv been deducted 120rs. when am not interested how can u activate any service to the customer. now i want the amount deducted i.e., 120rs to be refunded. everytime i call the customer care no one responds and no one gives proper service. and now we have a service of number portability so not only me but i have atleast 10 to 12 docomo connections in my house only. we can change are service provider in no time. you will soon loose all your customers.

the number on which the above mentioned service was activated in 9036818321. you have to refund the amount of 120 rs on this number otherwise i wil have to put a case against you people. and seriously there is no difference between tata docomo, theives, pickpocketers etc...

The worst service i have experienced among all the networks. People are not able to give proper settings for Iphone 4. Airtel people solved this with a single call. But TATA DOCOMO i have been calling for the past 1 week.till now, no proper solution. stupid service.
