RC BOOK OF CARS
i am not able to get the RC book of my car WB376337which has been transferred on my name . they issued a DAK RECIEPTwith validity 31.05.2012 . but still i have not got my RC BOOK . after contact at the office they replied that it has been sent to my address but on enquiry post office at panagarh bazar they confirmed that no such document is received from the motor vehicle dept. , asansol which makes me difficult to use my.

in this way i will be foo go forced to go for RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT
