Hi All,

I am the most frustrated customer of Tata photon. I have been misguided by call center executive Aditya from Narayna, delhi. Internet speed is slower than the snail's space.It takes around three long hours to open yahoo.Understand guys.

If you want take revenge with someone, please suggest tata photon whiz.

I have been misguided two three times.

I have used this service for almost a year and it have recently not been very satisfied with my experience when I was given a totally confusing result as to why I had to pay 2, 500 for two months when it had already been paid. I asked for the detials for Jan and Feb but was told I would have to go to another office in oder to get these detials . The Tata centre I went to is in Indiranagar (neear the RTO), Bangalore.

I also wanted to change my plan from USB 950 MB plan to aa 500mb per month plan but I was told even this could not be done and I would have to contact another office. If i can't even change my plan from the TATA office then this is really pathetic!!!

I would suggest someone get in touch with me at the earliest in order to rectify this or I will have no choice but to discontinue the service and not reccomend it to anyone that I know. Get in touch with me in oder to help me convert my plan asap.

Please change my tata photon plus tariff plan from 512 MB/month(post paid) to Daily 60 i.e. 1800 min/month which will also cost Rs 500/month. My tata photon no is [protected].

Last one year i am using TATA photon+, my photon number is [protected], now i am not getting speed properly, i had launched several complain to the customer care, then i frustrated and sent mail to appellate, nodal, listen and postpaid customer care, but nobody has attended my problem. my current plan is 950.00/m, please tell me what would be my next step?

This is uday kiran from manuguru..at present iam using tata photon wich is very slow in my city so iam willing to upgrade my tata photon whiz to tata photon plus.so kindly provide me the necessary information to change this
