I have brought Tata Photon Plus from Croma store situated in Obaroi Mall Goregoan.

I gave him Rs 700/- along with all the related document required(As its coming with an offer with Compaq Q series Laptop). After two weeks rigorous follow-up they gave me Tata Photon Plus device.

After that another two weeks over and they havn't activated my connection. After regular follow up with TATA Photon...

Connection error & Bad customer service

I have purchased a Tata Photon plus on 27th March 2010, The Customer service is so bad that it does not find a customer data in their sysytem, inspite od submitting the docs. I had been to their outlet at Santacruz West & there also its a worse experience.
