Pathetic Service - Bad Customer Care

I regret to have opted for Tata Photon Plus service. I faced problems since day one.
- There was problem in activation.
- I had the product home delivered and was unable to reach the seller after that!..
- There were no communications (No Welcome Note, the 1st monthly bill never reached until my 1st complaint) due to which I did not have my customer id or photon id.
- 1st One Month I could not reach the customer...

I have brought photon+ 3 months back. i regulary deposit rent every month around Rs 1000. but for no use. I went to tata indicom showroom so many times further I have complained so many times to customer care. I am in travel job and have much work on internet have suffered a huge loss due to this photon+ now i want to book a complaint against tata indicom regarding this photon+. sending bill after giving application for disconnection

Awaiting material receive / money refund

Faulty Device Not replaced for past One Month

Connection Drops

I'm Manoj and bought a Tata Photon Whiz bearing "[protected]", a USB Internet Service three months ago. The promised speed was 154 kbps which is only a dream to avail. The connection gets lost atleast once in 30min forcing to login again which is counter productive. Adding to this crap, since 3 days the connection is not even sustaining for more than 5min.
