I bought one unstiched salwar material. it has some mismatch in dupatta'so color.so I wish to return that one...I am not happy with this purchase.so I decided that never buy from your site. I have ordered the dress from the craft villa app. We have received the dress today 22/8/16. We have seen the material in the app that was good but when we have received the dress. The material of the dress is so bad. The dress size is small. This is disgusting for service by customer care.
I have done four time call in customer care...

The products delivered were not as shown in the picture,
hence I had to raise the refund,
But my refund is due since last 15 days.
How long do I have to wait for the refund...

Its been more than 14 days i ordered two suits from craftsvilla but they are of cheap quality and i returned both the suits but they have not initiated my refund request yet .Order #[protected] and Order #[protected].

I had placed an order from Craftsvilla and the product was delivered on 25th July. Due to low quality of cloth material, I had request a return on 29th July.

Craftsvilla customer care didn't respond. I had called customer care number and they have raised a ticket for return. I again got a mail from craftsvilla stating that they won't be able to initiate the refund.

I have return there product before 25 days i.e. on 26/07/16 but they are giving refund. On followup they use to say we will pay after 7 days but not giving money back....

Material against order no.[protected] was not as per the order. It was of inferior quality and was returned back. The money has not been refunded despite repeated calls. Do it immediately.

The material was returned on 25.07.2016. Even after more than 22 days the matter has not been resolved.

If this would be attitude of the company then how would the customers trust online shopping.
