I had ordered a suit on 12th October and had paid for it online through my debit card. It has been more than 1 week and I haven't received any information about the product .
I found out myself today that the seller has cancelled my order.
I have no information about the refund or rescheduling of the delivery of the product.

I want to return my product bearing order no .[protected], attractive blue color embroidered saree as the colour I selected is different from the item I received . So, I dont want your product and it is requested that the product may be taken back and the amount may be refund as soon as possible. Direct your courier to pick up the material on Monday positively....

M not satisfied with ths product cuz it is not atall similar to the picture shown in the website. Very low quality of the dress. I want to return it cuz i hav paid high amount but this dress does not deserve it. Very bad experience from craftsvilla. Please help me out to return the product. I dont want ths dress. It really vry bad. Not e1 bit of my expectations....

Your company is fraud and your product is also fraud.my product is not shipped in expected date.I will claim on craftvillas.and want 1lack rupees fee for hurt a customer feelings.am claim in court.I don't want your product.I am from middle class family & your company is hurting a heart.pay claimed of rupees 1lack.

I ordered the lehenga for diwali..and is totally different from display which shown at site..its too local in reality.the details given at site are completly wrong..i want to return it and pls refund the money..i m so upset ..lehanga's fabric is not georget and the blouse piece is also not banglori silk..designs on lehanga and blouse piece are not same as shown...

We had ordered an dress material at craftsvilla and the material is worst it is not as shown and it is full damaged. The threads from the materials have come out and its really very worst. Please take back this material and refund my money...

I ordered a very beautiful white and golden lehenga for diwali. As i opened my courier, it was a very different and local lehenga. Now there is hardly any time left for diwali. People say that crafts villa does not give refund. So now i am left with no option. The seller is such a fraud. If you do not have a product, take it off the site. But don't fool people. It's sad....

its been 2 months now that i asked for refund since i didn't receive my products but it is of no use.

crafts villa employees are not getting salary so they are after customers money.

I wonder whether monica Gupta and manoj gupta are really looking into customers satisfaction or not ?

The same suit was delivered yesterday and today and was paid for both times by my family as i wasnt home. Kindly take back one of the suits and initiate a refund....

Hi purchased one saree from craftsvilla for Diwali occasion.
What I ordered from craftvilla is completely different than what I received .
It's does not follow "What you see you will get" concept.

I ordered 2 items. (Salwar suits) on 11th sep. Out of 2 one of the salwar suit i didn't receive but in the system they have updated that product has been delivered successfully and receive a mail for...
