I have placed an order in craftsvilla and the product is not as described on website so placed the return request mentioning the same but the return for my order id:[protected] is not picked and i raised complaint 20 days back till now no response called customer care for 7 times and mailed twice still no reply.
Such a poor and idiotic customer service.
Never to buy on craftsvilla.
Please take immediate...

The purchase item in not upto our expectation and the colour of the dress is black and at the time of shopping the colour is mention black purple with yellow patiala salwar,. I want to return this order. I want to exchange my order with another dress material or color, don't want black colour dress. Pls. Help us to give positive reply to sort out the problem...

I had made a complained about returning my product and for that you had already made a pickup. I had ordered a suit from craftsvilla on 21st june 2016. However, the product turned our to be of really bad quality due to which i had to return it and ask for a refund. The product was picked up back on 26th june, after which i was promised that the refund will happen within 7 days. The refund was made on 1st july and then it was withdrawn on the same day. Since then i have been asking for the money to be refunded and there is no hearing...

I had placed an order through your website bearing order no.[protected] in the name of mr. Gurunadham konjeti. I am unable to raise a return on your website as the status says it is under "in transit" but i received the order. I have tried to call your customer care helpline no. [protected] many times also i mailed to the customercare on 7th of august saying that to initiate return shipping and till now i didn't get an update....

I had ordered a watch and the net total amount to be paid was ₹300. I used the net banking for payment and the transaction was completed and respective amount was debited from my account. But still no information (order number, shipping details etc) about the order is available in orders' list.
Kindly rectify it.

I had ordered 2 kurti s from craftsvilla. I didn't like the quality also the size they sent was not matching what they sent so i have registered ticket 1147368 for refund against return order nos #[protected] on their site. I had purchase a salwar set but i they show one colur on the screen but they dispatched different colur which i dont want to gave the salwar and told them to deliver me same colur whihc they had shown before but they did not show i tried calling on the company no. And i send emails severl times but no reply they only send that they have created and ticket. Please look into the matter as soon as possible....

I am trying to contact www.craftsvilla.com people since last 10 days, but they are not responding. I didn't like their product and therefore, i wanted it to return and i want my money for the same.
