I have placed an order on 07th September 2016 on craftsvilla with debit card and payment gets deducted at that moment but order not showing in "My Orders".
The next day I have written the email regarding that and I got reply saying "your order is booked.When it gets accepted by seller you will receive your order within 7-10 business days."
So I again called the Customer care service and requested to cancel the order as it...

I ordered a renishafashion red satin skirt which was so beautiful in the catalog that I bought it at once, but when I recieved the parcel I got a shock, the skirt looked nothing like it looked like in the catalog. The skirt looked like a tacky costume skirt made of cheap material and did not dereve the 749 rupees I pinned for it. It is so maddening that I pinned my hopes on something so awful.

Cloth is totaly damaged with differentcolours . and you people are revert soon, so slow in resolving customer problems, when you are not able to sell proper quality and not solving problem immediately, then dont do online business

The cloth which was shown to us in the photo of craftsvilla was something different but when it came to our home it was not like that so i want to return this order and in exchange for this i want other one.
So i wish you will look to my complain and will help me to get out of this.

When I saw in online its a different piece andu people send a worst piece with low quality so I want to return tat immediately or else I can file a case in consumer court coz same thing happen with my friends also...

I was ordered a product thankar blue and white georgette anarkali by craftsvilla company, but when i got that product it was very poor quality so i return to same address at the date 15/8/16.
