As suggested I couriered product back to the designers address within stipulated time and sent requested return courier details...

Hi, i purchased a saree worth rs.899 for my friend through craftsvilla.com on 4th july. but the product does not received till now. it has a tracking number which is A32051221. i tracked the number and its showing that the product was delivered. but my friend doesnot receive any of parcel. i also call in customer care number of craftsvilla which is [protected] but their is no reponse from them....
