I have ordered watch worth rs 350 on 15th Aug 2015 and till now it is not delivered to me even after several follow ups with customer care through email & contact. Payment was done online through my saving bank a/c. They r even least bothered to reply on my complaint. Customer Care number is always busy..I want my money back. It's a fraud company. I can't waste my time and money with such irresponsible company....

Crafts villa is so un professional that the product ordered does not match the pictures and when you call their Customer Care, the phone lines do not go thru which makes the process go into an infinite loop, they have not even responded back to my emails till now. Not sure how are they running the show with no support system. you can't leave the customer in a condition when you are liable and responsible....
