I have lodged complaint vide complaint no - [protected] and again vide complaint no[protected]. 1)my complaint is still unresolved . 10 days back dell people have told me that they will be sending me damaged battery and damaged charger . Till day they have not send me charger and the damaged battery. They are not responding my mail too. secondly...

When i am turning on my system it is getting am empty explorer. Exe dialogue box on startup please give me a proper suggestion and one of my friend suggested to delete load file in regedit if i did it, any problem for my registration. Please respond for my complaint....

Purchased dell laptop in[protected] from kroma thane. Since then some otr the other problem is persisting. Towice they have chaned the motherboard ( once without even informing us), cchanged the battery and twice the hard drive. They also send the used hard drive in new pack as replacement. But till date, no actions taken by the authority.
