We are not able to watch tv from last 4 days and raised complaints vide #[protected] &[protected].
Your people are not listening anything and are not talking even properly.
I am using the connection from 10 years and last 2 years i am facing the continuous issues every now and then and every time i have to struggle like this to get the problem resolved and your technicians will not be having the proper knowledge...

Dish tv product is not working & a complaint (Req. No.[protected] was registered on 16th june 2018. As informed by the customer care of dish tv, the service visit tat is 24 hours & technician from dishcare centre will visit us between 13:20-14:20 hrs on 17/06/18. The technician did not visit till now & the company is refusing to schedule visit as per our convenient time, & also not accepting request for refund of recharge done....

I'm dishtv customer and hugely disappointed with cheap gimmicks of dishtv.

Normally i watch tv once in 4 years during fifa world cup.

But when i started watching world cup inaugration on 14th then commentary was in 4 languages viz. Bengali, tamil, telugu and malayalam, i dont understand any one of them. When i check, i noticed that for english one, i need to pay additional money to enable another channel. And...

I have subscribed to south zumbo pack i have been paying 384 rupees from past two months still i am not able to view basic channel like sony max, star plus even news channel like aaj tak, about majha. I am really in problem because no one is responding from dish tv side with no response from customer care. They are not even responding for calls. Am getting promotional calls from various mobile & landline numbers even though i have registered for dnd. I have said multiple times that i don’t need calls but it’s of no use. Recently they have been calling and when the phone gets picked, they disconnect after 5-6 sec. This is disturbing and i want to take a legal course.

Am regretting taking a dish tv connection.

From the time i opted for dishtv back in 2013, their service has been extremely shoddy. I discontinued service in 2016, but out of compulsion by family, i was requested to reinstate it for a specific time and so recently, i got a new connection. Problems began, as expected, from day 1.

Above 2 months a 301 shown in 2 nos of Bengali news channels they told me for technician will visit and solve the problem and rs 200 will have to pay, after that i recharge add on channel TLC same problem occurs i told them to refund my amount and send the technician they told it is not possible. my RMN no is [protected]...

I have ordered sony espn hd on 13th june through dish tv application. It shows only 4 rs. Thats why i ordered for the channel. But after sometime one sms coming and said it was 106 rupees total. Now my question why is it shows 4 rs in the application. I called customer care 4 times. No solution. They cheated the customer by giving wrong information....

When no technician came to install my dish, i called customer care and gave them my vc no. Only then i was told that this vc number belongs to someone else. I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different bengaluru land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

I purchased dish TV on 9.5.2018 through comparedth your representative told all the Tamil channels free up to 3 years.
but now dish TV told me this offer is not available.
I purchased dish TV based on your statement. You only solve the issues. I want 3 years all Tamil channels free or refund.
Kindly process the same at the earliest.
