My name is madhav and i have made a request for new dish tv connection on 12th april 2018 by making online payment for which i haven't received an invoice copy in my email.

Following are the details of my connection request:

Booking ref # [protected]

It has been 4 days and so far, i haven't received any response nor any call back from the concerned team for installation even...

I have subscribed to kids bonanaza, discovery, bbc, india today, ngc in addition to bharat pack. The money for these additional channels have already been deducted but these channels are showing as unsubscribed.
Efforts to seek help from dishtv customer care have been stone walled. They asked me to clean the sim and re-insert, which doesn't help. Please help.

Dear dishtv, my vc number is [protected]. I opted for pick by channel, on 9 april 2018, went to dishtv.in, selected channels and submitted. As soon as i submitted, a a message given as a call from marketing within 24 hours. I called several times but no resolution. Till today i have not received any call or any resolution. Can i expect a resolution from this forum? If not then remove pick by channel option from your site if you don't want...

As per complaints, customer care contacted me that my chanel will be activated without switch off date deduction but chanel activated and also my switch off date has been deducted it's means total six months deducted from my switch off date so request you please help me otherwise i will switch dishtv to other operator. Right now my all HD channels are not working .

Even after complaining they are not responding. Everytime they are assuring that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Its more than 10 days whenever i call them they give me asurance that it will be resolved in priority, but still no action is taken yet....

Hi,

Whenever something good is coming in any channel, that channel automatically gets disturbed. Right now my all channels are working fine but in star sports channel its showing as ipl issue.

I have this terrible experiences each and every time i recharge my dishtv account number [protected]. I have platinum pack with full add-ons.

Sony ten channels will never work and it takes days to get a response from dishtv. Many a time they say we operators are being charges too much but they will give us free. Most of the times this happens whenever there are important football matches. I missed out on uefa cl matches last...

And i was activated star sport 1 chanel on 09/04/18 that is why my switch off date is 18/10/18 but today i have received the massage your star sports chanel is deactivated. And i had contacted customer care but not clarify me and also disconnect my phone. So request you pls solve my problem as soon as possible....

I have choosed add on pack of star sports 1 hindi hd for rs. 25 for one month but they deducted rs. 106 for this which is fraud with us as a customer. With high expectations i buyed dish tv connection from dth connect and was told that product will be reached to and also will be installed in 4 hours yesterday. Yesterday i received a sms from dish tv with deatils of the product and was also told that they have scheduled an appointment today 4 oclk. It's 6 pm now no one reached to me with any products or not even a call till now. Since yesterday i am calling help line...

My dishtv does not recharge after 24hours after recharge online. I recharge 308 rs on date 8/4/2018. But my dishtv does not starts so far. I requested that starts to my dishtv instantaly please....

This is very very very bad. All of you are #.. Bludy hell. All bad words for dishtv.. I called 14 times. And send 6 msg to for call me.. But. I haven't received any response from you.. I make biggest mistake to choose dishtv. 12 times i called. And you disconnect my call manually every time.. Seriously. Sharam aan chahiye. Tum sab haramiyo ko. Bludy bc.....

My dish tv, vc number is [protected]. These people have added unwanted channel without our consent and are deducting money. Customer care service is worst as no one picks ups the phone, call waiting time is 30 mins. Redicules service.

Please ask them to stopped the comedy active channel they have activated without our consent, we are asking them to stopped that channel since 2 month and they are not working on it. Otherwise...

I want a inquiry for my offer details but your customers executive drop my call without any information. I m also call recording to ur customer care executive. Kindly r u giving ur mail i'd then i m sending it....

From december 2017, dd bangla channel is not available in dish tv, though it is a free to air channel. On 31st march 2018, i upgraded the set top box to dish nxt hd.
Earlier they told it's due to cricket match, which was going on at that time.
Now, when i asked them about the same, they told me to upgrade to their hd+ service to get dd bangla channel.

It is not clear to me why it is necessary to have hd+ service...

I had bought dishtv connection on 24th march 2018 and it was activated on same day.
I am unable to register my mobile number through online dishtv portal as well as sending sms as they provided like dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575 but it is giving error.

I bought a new dish tv dth yesterday now i am trying to login to the dish tv website at the time

I got above error while register very first time
I followed the instructions but no use...

Initially we took this connection last year in october or november 2017. They told us that it will be with 7 hd channel.
But after three months they discontinued it.
We have complained it on their customer care. They said it will be not available in that pack and it was only for three months which they have not confirmed during connection.
