dish tv forcing to take basic packages which includes unwanted channels

In their software for selecting tv channels, dish tv is forcing us to take basic combos containing 100 + channels that are not required (apart 25 dd channels ) for customers. Even help line of dish tv is quoting TRAI for the mess. pls go through dish tv channel selecting software and straighten them up....

I had already paid rs. 1500/- and my current balance is around rs. 2200/- in the website.
My dish tv account is still in deactivated state. I spoke to customer service after miss call and they refreshed my account and still it is not activated and can't see any channels at all for past 3days. They asked me to refresh and i did many times, still the same issue.
Please activate my dishtv account properly...

setup box not working from 5 days

I have registered complaint that my setup box is not working on 14th aug, 2019. Their executives assured me that complaint is sorted out within 48 hours. I have called them too many times but they were just making fool and not giving proper answers. As per trai tweet dated 14th jan 2019 if tv connection is faulty then there is a provision of call centre. If connection is not restored in 72 hours, then you do not have to pay....

misleading information in the website

I wanted to recharge my dishtv and have visited dishtv website and there was a promotional banner showing "buy 3 months and get 7 days free". It showed the amount 861/- (287 x 3) for 3 months and i've recharged. Now the customer care executive says that i've opted for a 6 months pack which i didn't opted. I want my 3months previous pack to be activated.

unethical of dish tv, not paying heed to complaints, deactivate fitness active

Mobile no.[protected], v. C no.[protected]. I got a message from dish tv on 28/7/19 stating fitness active has been activated and we can opt out by calling on [protected].
On 4/8/19 i got a message in which they automatically pushed back recharge date and switch off date after deducting the money.
Despite our efforts of calling and messaging on [protected] the customer care lady was very arrogant and she was instead blaming us...

delay in technician visit

I complained on 12 aug about no signal, after trouble shooting was advised to take technician visit. Still till now no response. Called customer care more than 10 times, but found only irresponsible behaviour, no resolution
Wrote to customer care, nodal officer but no response.
Plz send technician soon or let me know that you cant help me so that i can move on to some other dth operator

trai needs to know what's going on with dish tv and how they handle their customers

I have received very bad service from dishtv. There are 3 main reasons:

1) when it rains or even when it does not rain, the 'no signal' message comes on my tv screen and ruins my night's entertainment. We should receive compensation for days we cannot view our channels. So i am paying the high monthly subscription fees but not getting the service. Hopefully the great trai regulator has been notified...

We cannot watch our tv and it shows a message "402. Faulty viewing card from 30/7/19". We made a complaint to dish tv, ref request no[protected] dated 31/7/19. I am a dish tv customer. I don't get any signal from 11/8/2019. For that i have done complaint in dishtv customer care more than 50 times from 11th to 14th august 2019 then also they can't able to solve my problem...
They also saying me that we have already 500+ complaints since 2nd august 2019. So it take 10 days to solve your problem

worst services & cheat me

Made payment of rs 617 on dish tv app via bhim ubi pay. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge done. Despite money being credited to dish tv's upi [protected]@icici, service not provided. I was getting 101 error even after recharging. Once i called to customers service, they suggested me to switch off the connection and reinsert the card and restart. Also they asked me to do system setup to errase data. After that we are getting 301 error. For this why i had to pay for technician.
