The connection was transferred for 1 place to another and the Dish TV technician was willingly set up a wrong zone.I am an odia person but I was forced to watch south Indian channels. My zone is north zone but they set up south zone. When I did the complain to change, they didn't come to set up again. I called them for last 3-4 days, but they never came but they close the complains....

I am receiving unsolicited calls from several numbers which my truecaller app identifies as dish tv. It is highly irritating and sometimes the number of calls exceeds tolerance limits. If i block one number the call is made from some other number after some time.. It is extremely disturbing as the calls are made during working hours. If i pick up the call no one speaks.

dishtv showing 102 low balance error after recharge

My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 13 july 2019. I still have balance in my account and recharge done twice in teh month of july 2019 (13 and 23 july 2019). My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. After recharge immediately we got a 102 error we contacted customer care and they send refresh command couple of times still not resolved and my daily amount is deducting and we have no solution.
Why do they have customer service over phone. It is very hard to get any support from dish tv....

over charges

I have registered a complaint to dish tv customer care of over charge in month of march. Where technical guy charged for cable wire though he didn't put any cable, it is also found that the receiver was replaced with old one and i see problems with signal now and then, for which i have to pay charges again. They are torturing me with calls 7-8 times everyday even after requesting not to call. Totally pissed off and its mental harassment.. They are forcing me to buy their product/services. dishtv set top box not working

I was repeatedly calling up dishtv customercare as my set top box is not working and need to be replaced. I am having problem since 5 days and till now nobody attended. I even tried to speak to supervisor and he promised to resolve it by evening. Everytime i call them up they say by evening service provider would come but nobody attented. Nobody is responding to my complaint and now i dont know whom to contact.

independent tv

This TV is shut down from 2 months but still no channels and also no refund so please refund us [protected], due satellite issue it has shut down and this Independent TV dish owner to paid bill to satellite so it has shut down but we are paid 500 through online payment and 1750 in cash with who came for installation, this is do 1 year subscription I taken connection on Dec 2018 but it has stopped suddenly from March so still we are waiting...
