I have to receive a parcel through DTDC with tracking number d86277341l. However it's been days and I didn't receive it. The same thing happened with another parcel also, which they delivered after about 2 months. Nobody is responding either when I'm trying to contact. Kindly help me with this....

with ref no[protected] and tracking no-H23977357 we booked a small package on 27th May 2021to be reached to Singaraikond pincode-523101.Till today on 2nd June 2021 it was not reached to the customer.
In the tracking it is noticed that receiver not availabe.It is funny to make such remarks. our people are there to receive.The courier people didnot make effort in delivering the product.
If I don't find any response...

This has very important original documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). On 31st may got the message with smile code that product will be delivered today... On 1st June I have checked the tracking ID.. It shows did not deliver due to refusal of incumbent.. I have made payment already. Then why I would refuse? Till date no phone calls have been received... Make sure my product reaches me......

We Dominican Sisters, Indiranagar sent a courier on 16/04/2021 through your BF1439 at Lord Krishna Temple Road, Indiranagar to the address of Sr. Philomina in Nagpur; the consignment number is B77141369. The courier has not reached the destination address. When I tried to track it with consignment number it was written sent to the sender's address. But sorry to inform you that till now we have not received this courier in our address also....

I have booked my parcel on may 21st from salem branch with consignment number ( C[protected]. And the parcel should reach hosur. But under condition saying that area non deliverable, they have returned parcel from the destination. when i enquired with the destination service, they said the parcel has been returned to the origin. It was booked on, they did not deliver it stating the wrong address. The address is my residential address in Kolkata which is very much valid as tons of parcels come on a monthly basis from different courier. And also Two of my mobile numbers were given to them no one called me either.
Isn't it their responsibility...
