I booked urgent medicine thr consignment no K28540910 on dated 09/06/2021 at katihar to my near district araria but till date my consignment not delivered.

This is your very poor service.

So requested to you please arrange to delivery my consignment on priority basis....

I haven't received my books parcel yet. D78047700 is parcel number. I've tracked my parcel and it's showing that "your parcel is delivered successfully". But actually it's not. please help me out. it's my study material....

and after 5th June 2021 (07:53PM) it shown that it successfully delivered,

But consignment not delivered, and when we are calling to local DTDC office there is no response, and there not ready to answer my calls also,

I've shipped perishable items thorough Air Cargo from Bangalore to Pune(tracking: D[protected] on 3rd of June and promised delivery date was 5th June.
The package is not delivered and it is showing out for delivery in the morning and by evening the status changes to "Not Delivered(LAST DATE OVER FOR SUBMISSION-(OTR))". This is happening for last 2 days.

The same courier was returned to the sender - reason door lock .

We asked that we were working and we need the clarification that why it was returned as door locked.

Dear Sir,

We have sent one 30 kg courier through DTDC air courier services on 31st May. We paid 4800 Rs against the same.

It was clearly informed to thr customer that the shipment is very urgent meant for sampling purposes for order confirmation.

They have marked it for Mumbai by mistake and when I called DTDC they accepted the same. I was informed to wait for one day and they will deliver it...

Today i have received a Gift box from my office, when i received from DTDC courier i was shocked the box was opened and also one juice bottle opened in that gift box, I think someone opened the box, i have informed my office also hereafter dont use DTDC courier for delivery, please find the attach file for you reference, worst courier i ever seen..

I had to receive the package with tracking ID : F30114086 from DTDC on May 11th. The person who was supposed to deliver it called and asked me to come and collect it as the delivery person had left early on May 11th. This DTDC office is on the same road as my house in Nallagandla. I asked him to send it the next day morning and I obviously didn’t receive it. WITHOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING DELIVERY, IT IS BEING SENT BACK TO THE SENDER....
