Hello sir, my name is Muhammad Faizan. I have done a complaint to JBL for my earphone and they have sended me another earphone via DTDC courier and on 7 June I have received a message showing my shipment is delivered but it's not came to my place my tracking number is X70871990.
I have complained to DTDC about my problem but I have not received a proper explanation for their side. And now their customer number is also not reachable....

This company is a total fraud .

1. I have tried calling there customer service 4-5 times, they don't call .
It has been more than 20 days that my medicine parcel is not delivered .
It was urgent . I raised a ticket but no response .

2. I want strict action to be taken against such a company .

3. I want file an harassment case against DTDC...

We have booked the courier to Bangladesh from Kadugodi Bangalore.
We Paid Rs 2850/- for it but yesterday our receiver has got the call from custom department saying that he has to pay Rs 2000/- as custom charges & he has to go to Airport to get the package instead of booking door to door delivery. Please kindly check and let us know the staus.

I had sent my terracotta planter via your courier services, the same was double layered packed with bubble sheets along with the thermacol to Raigarh .It was a gift l, which she won in a Giveaway contest .

But it was fully Broken when she got the parcel.
She was very much excited but as she opened the box she was devasted to see the broken product.

Delivery person called at around 2pm to help for address n direction. At 4pm when inquired about parcel delivery person misbehaved and said will not deliver parcel and threatened to return. I am going legal as my parents have spent INR 1, 500 on 07/02021 and filing a suit for delay, misbehaviour and loss of package.

As per tracking it is showing at Chakan Branch with remarks as Not Delivered(AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR).

On 4th June my parcel was shipped in DTDC courier service from Hyderabad. It got reached in destination DTDC office on 13th June and I got call from that office to get my parcel. Destination office is 10 KM apart from my home. So I asked them to deliver it in my home as there is no vehicle service available for me now to get it due to lockdown. They said they can't deliver it and they asked again to get it from office. Again I refused to...

I gave a package to my nearer DTDC centre to deliver it within the city. It was given on 28th may 2021, and now its been about 20days. They are just making excuses about the package and I am not sure even if the package reached there or not. I can't even track it online from the tracking address given to me. Sir my courier was sent from Bangalore to Madurai on June 2nd itself.. but till now they didn't deliver my parcel.. and they not even response my calls.. I call them more then 50 times but they didn't even pickup my one call.. this is the very worst experience in my whole life.. what a worst customer care service.. sir please resolve my issue.. please deliver my courier as soon as possible.. otherwise I'll think about another ways like filed...
