I booked one courier from DTDc courier services, Roshan Pura, opposite Bapu ki kutiya new market Bhopal on Jan 9 2021 .
Shipment details are as follows:
From : Bhopal
To : Katni
Shipment type : others
Delivery Charges : Rs 130

Because of the mistake done-by the Franchise in entering the destination pin code, the parcel has reached to Panjim, Goa instead of Katni

I haven't received my product from DTDC. There is no proper response from the customer service.
I was asked to go to all the way to Siliguri and collect my parcel. When I went there, the staff instead of looking for my lost parcel asked me why I went there after a month. It was their job to deliver my parcel and not the other way round. When I asked to meet with their manager, they did not let me meet him.

From burdwan to durgapur delivery takes 7 days which minimum time taken by 2 days....

Consignment no D63101001 for Mumbai.
Tracking status shows consignment delivered successfully on Tuesday but I have not received the parcel.
Request the matter may be investigated for wrong status and instruction be given to made the delivery at the correct address as soon as possible....

Hii...I placed my order on 11th Jan 2021 tracking ID V60768605 and suppose to deliver my order on 13th Jan 2021 but i didn't receive it...The package contain wedding materials which i needed immediately...I'm really disappointed with your service...Try to deliver it by today...it's emergency...

I sent a Consignment from Kerala to Maharashtra On[protected]. The Consignment number of the same is R39799638. The tracking is not available when i tried as the update says Soft data uploaded and the origin destination is not also showing, but the Local franchise has already sent the Consignment. When i tried to Raise a Query on DTDC Website it said that the Consignment number is Invalid.
This is the Second time DTDC is messing with...

Bundle of books sent to pune to my daughter on7thdec2020but steel not reached...

I booked my suitcase on 4th Jan 21 vide ref no. D 85607598 from mumbai to kochi. It rchd after 10 days on 12 jan. Suitcase handle got broken while transit from mumbai to kochi. R u going to pay any compensation for reparing. You spoiled my suitcase. Look into this matter and revert bk....

Even after numerous calls, endless waits on phones, and repeated promised, the courier is not delivered.

This is clearly breach of trust, and service commitments.

This delivery is extremely important to me, seems like you have lost it, and are taking me into a loop o[censored]nending calls.

Pkt booked on 4th from mumbai for kochi but till to date not rcvd....

Both my trunks and the two boxes in which my things were there are completely damaged and broken.Need my refund.Want a strict action to be taken again DTDC personal Rajeev Kumar and his supervisor amarander Pandey, who is regional officer Delhi that inspite of my repetitive mails they didn't even bother to respond back.I am following up over mail for this complaint since 26 dec2020.

Hi I have submitted pickup and drop facility request for courier containing laptop on 6th Jan 2020 through MyDTDC application. Tracking ID id #F30099874. It was picked up on same day. Origin address is of Rajkot Gujarat 360001 and Delivery address is of Porbandar Gujarat 360575. Usually shipement for the same distance delivered in 1 day. Hello Sir, My parcel sent from Bangalore to Pune with DTDC courier service. The delivery address in Pune is deliverable but they sent my parcel back to origin without informing me.
I did not get any call for delivery and they have closed the complaint query automatically which was raised by me.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service.and the complaint is about the rude behaviour of your employees at Nagole branch.
I've sent the courier with experiment material from Bhimavaram to IICT tarnaka Hyderabad on 28/11/2020.and it was not delivered in the specified location and misplaced to PUNE Maharashtra.

I had ordered for Peanuts(5 kgs) from Sikandar Foods Sundernagar Gujrat vide DTDC EXPRESS no D63717946 on31 Dec 2020. There were supposed to be 10 packets of 500 gms each in the package. the total weight of the package as recorded in the courier slip is 5.800 kgs (which must be including the packing).
i recieved the package on 05 Jan 2021 and found only 8 packets inside.(Total 4 kgs only).The package seemed to be sealed with tape etc...
