MY CONSIGNMENT NUMBER IS Z48491420 .Its showing address incomplete or wrong .In that case you guys should have to call to given number.you guys received the parcel at your faclity at 06/11/2020 but it was out for delivery today.
I HOPE MY PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED SOON

I have courier one parcel on 7th November 2020(Tracking number: T[protected] and it was supposed to deliver on 10th November which did not happen. Your delivery agent called on mentioned number and told them to pick the parcel from office.

We will not pick any parcel as it is your responsibility to deliver the parcel on given address.

Try to deliver it by today only otherwise i will take strict action regarding...

I haved booked my courier from Mathura to Ilayankudi Tamilnadu. After 12 days also it's not reached. The product got spoiled almost. No response and update from dtdc side.

If we are not able to get on time then what is the use o[censored]sing this courier...

DTDC tadbund (bowenpally ) branch, have missed delivering my couriers twice. Everytime I had to track myself with those orders and reach their office to get my courier delivered.
Tracking ID -H[protected] WAS an important document and they dint deliver it for 3months. They just kept it with themselves. I had to track it and reach the branch people on phone and then they delivered it.
Heights of negligence...how can they even...

My package was couriered from DTDC COURIER Service from chennai to haryana. When the package arrived here ..it was in a tampered form my laptop and gold chain from my bag was missing. I had to face a lot of loss in terms of monetary value....

I send a parcel to delhi from chandigarh by express courier because company says express courier is a same day service but in my case we send a courier on 5th November and this parcel should be reached on 6th november. But instead 6th November courier reached there on 9th November. we are paying extra money for this express service but still we are getting our couriers late then why we need to pay extra.Now please check into this...

I had placed an order online which was shipped on 28th October 2020 with awb number as Z37431843 still on 11th nov 2020 if I check the tracking Status of my Consignment it is just displaying "no data available"...

My shipment no. K35269432 has not been deliverd yet but in the sytem it is showing delivered and the person who called me yesterday talked very rudely and not given the shipment and told that you can complain anywhere. This is a totally unprofessional behavior from the courier guys and it is not acceptable from any customer. I am a loyal customer of DTDC courier but this is a bad experience and I am concerned for my goods...

My courier was delivered broken .. my laptop is fully screen broken .. my company will charge for that from my salary.. this is the service you give to your customers..?...

DTDC selaqui, Mr Rajesh ( [protected]) (consignment No D[protected] is unable to give solution to the courier which was on 25/09/2020. We made several calls to Mr Rajesh but he always fall behind to give any solutions.
It is so unprofessional from a brand like DTDC to show zero customer service to its client.

I have raised complaint on DTDC website but they don't respond. I also tried the customer care number but they were not reliable. I urge govt. of India to stop this fraud company from looting innocent customers of this country. My Courier no is - B74323340. it contains documents really important to me and there website says that they have already delivered.
But I have not received it yet....

Hi, I sent a courier to Bangalore on November 3rd. Tracking shows delivered but no one received the package & also they didn't get any call from the delivery guy. My consignment number C04654886. It is important package as it contains my room key.....

I have booked a premium express delivery option with pick up service on 29th October 2020. It was picked on 31st and expected to reach the destination in two days. However, I just faced the surprise of my life saying the DTDC are not clear and sure about the shipment. I have to track down to people every day and ask for status however I faced some unethical situation though I was patient enough...

I requested to send the parcel immediately as soon as possible but they delayed till date. Though I informed it is important to be delivered in 2- 3 days, they promised and now they delayed it to more than 7 days. I couldn't risk my life as the parcel contains my exam papers of my MBA. I want the parcel to be delivered immediately. here is my tracking H21334858....

My Package is not delivered but when I track in Application it shows that the package is delivered on 7th November. I did not receive any call or message regarding package and now the customer care is not reachable though I called them multiple times.
