HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - Z42878920. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I was send it on 24/10/20 and it reached on 26/10/20 on Mumbai but now 06/11/20 it's show delivered but its not recieved by me, then where my parcel and I have not received any call from DTDC also. I order medicines which are delivered by DTDC. but They DON'T DELIVER IT TO HOME, INSTEAD WE HAVE TO GO 4 KM AWAY TO OFFICE TO COLLECT PARCEL INSPITE OF PAYING FULL DELIVERY CHARGES!!! once they updated status OF PARCEL AS RECEIVED THOUGH WE HAD TO GO AND COLLECT THAT ON THE NEXT DAY....

My brother stays in beguserai, bihar and since he need several documents and books i had to courier it to his place from madikeri, karnataka through this wasteful DTDC courier. I shipped it on 21st of October paying around 850RS and was assured to reach in 10 days. ON tracking on 30Th of october it was shown its out for delivery, but none of the delivery executive have contacted and upon reaching the beguserai branch number its been switched...

I have made a courier from DTDC karaikal to Udaipur. The parcel weighed around 20 Kg.
