This is regarding complaint on dtdc courier services were most worst than expected. from few months back on october 9th we couriered the parcel to CSTI- Jadcherla. but the parcel not delivered. the tracking details showing incorrect address. But we we given correct printed address. they were inefficient in delivering the location address.
we are following since 15 days to track order. even atleast there is no idea about where the order...

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 20th Octoberber DTDC COURIER NO- D61990645 its been 12 days the courier is stuck in transit in Lucknow. When I tried to call them they don't picked up the call and I also raised a service query but no response get. Now I'm so frustrated please help me....

ith shows the object recieved at destination which currently exists kanjirapally, kottayam, kerala.

I am a working professional in Bangalore. Due to the covid 19 situation and extended WFH from my company I decided to shift from Bangalore to my hometown (Kolkata). 14th Oct : DTDC delivered my shipment to my address, when I checked the shipment it was not what I had ordered.

15th Oct : DTDC guys came and told me that they made a mistake in the delivery and my parcel was delivered to someone else. They collected the parcel I had and left, however, I kept a part of the parcel with me as security and told them I would give it when I get my parcel.

Sent from Bhubaneshwar on 17th October, reached Pondicherry on 22nd. 10 calls from the sender. Then as a receiver I called today 29th October, to express my extrem disapointment. I was told by a lady who speaks very well English, "if you want your parcel today, come to our office to collect it."
This is a shame for a reputable courier company to behave like this....

Through way bill no. D 85094767 material reached in muzaffarpur but could not delivered to me, even I have found it has been delivered in website of DTDC.

Purchased silver idols worth Rs 30800 from Salem silver palace, Salem, tamilnadu. The seller couriered the items to me via DTDC shipment no V60448394 on 20th October, 2020. My address is 2-2-1137/3, Hyderabad 500044, Telangana. The package was delivered on 28th October, 2020 ( late). After opening the package, I found that the box was empty with just tamil newspaper pieces and an invoice of my purchase and NO silver articles. I was shocked...

We sent one courier having shipment no M01727341 on 10.10.2020. The status on poartal is showing as delivered but there are no details of receiver. As the parcel has not reached the receiver we lodged complaint on DTDC portal and tried calling dtdc customer care. They accepted the complaint and asked for 2 days time for solution. And even after 5 days there is no support and now they not even answering calls. Dont know what to do. My parcel...
