I parcelled electric induction from Shillong to Ankleshwar on around 18 Oct 2020.The package was packed and sealed by me. I received tampered package with missed induction inside.Consignment no D60609344...

After 25 days also they didn't delivered the consignment and also there is no proper response from the DTDC which was not acceptable and consignment containing valid material only(laptop charger not laptop) consignment number is U00087994...

I had shipped my LENOVO laptop charger via dtdc from MEERUT, U.P.(250001) to Vijaywada, A.P.(521105) . It has been almost a month now still not delivered, and the guy who sent it is clueless. There have 4 complaints, 2 escalations, and several mails sent to customersupport of DTDC, but not a single response. Didnt expect such a bad work from DTDC courier company. Now the parcel is in transit mode for past 2 weeks.

I have book pickup service from DTDC on 25th October and pickup was successful on date 27/10/2020 but after there is no updates from there side regarding pickup and the website is showing same status from last 6 days and even the DTDC customer is not informing me anything about it. I had sent a courier from KOTTARAKKARA DTDC( SITUATED IN KOLLAM DIST, KERALA) to TRICHY, TAMILNADU ON 22 nd OCTOBER 2020. They told me that courier will reach the destination within 4 OR 5 DAYS. The courier contained chocolate gift box. But it has been 13 DAYS, PACKET DID NOT REACH THE DESTINATION. WHEN I CALLED THE DTDC CUSTOMER CARE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT BY MISTAKE THE PACKET WAS SEND TO AHMEDABAD, AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING IT BACK TO CHENNAI....

I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my office. I was constantly following the tracking as i was not registered for the message service. After 30th of OCT there no progress in my parcel. So on 2nd Nov i called and complained to them and on 3rd my parcel was finally out for delivery.

Everytime I try to track the package or raise a complaint on the site its throwing an error message stating that the consignment number is invalid. I'm Nirajsingh Sengar. Courier of docket number - D75429562 is showing delivered but yet not received at my home. And DCR of 30/10/2020 in DTDC office is missing. Also the delivery person (Ambekar) is misbehaving on phone call. So please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible...

But it reached destination in damaged condition, it's LCD panel is cracked.
I raised a complaint with DTDC customer care, but there seems to be no response. They just mentioned that operation is investigating the issue.
The product was worth Rs 20000 .
Please ask DTDC to compensate my losses.

I am a very regular customer of DTDC. But today, I am very disappointed with the highly arrogant behaviour of the DTDC service provider in Pulgaon, Maharashtra.

Before few weeks, we enquired about the charges to transfer some of our boxes from Pulgaon to Hyderabad and they quoted Rs.800. We found this a little high and posted via Indian Post which costed us quite less.

A consignment bearing No. K26572059 was despatched from Sainthia (West Bengal) on 20/10/2020. As per tracking results, the package is lying with your Taratala Office (Kolkata) and I have not even received a phone call as to the reasons of this being undelivered. We are a small business house and we and most of our clients use DTDC as our preferred courier service. It normally takes 2-3 days to reach my place from Sainthia. I fail to understand...

The consignment was showing as delivered to Security. On enquiry security has not received the consignment. No one attending the customer care for more than 10 minutes call holding also.
Please look into the consignment and deliver it to the correct person.
I have not received the call from courier office before delivering to anyone....

My courier from fia-foods with tracking id - H21240873 is not delivered to me and no one ever called me or came to my location to deliver, however online tracking shows that shipment is delivered to some random person that i don't even know,
