I booked my shipment on 18/10 in Hyderabad which was delivered to the location on 27/10, this was a horrible service, i was assured to be delivered in 2 days...

B95900742 was marked as delivered. However, the recipient did not get any calls and neither was the parcel delivered. The online status showed it was delivered to somebody called "Singg" whereas the recipient's name is completely different....

Pls deliver live products without delay...pls deliver this shipment asap...R43347127...

I used DTDC to courier a package to Oakridge School, Visakhapatnam. The DTDC tracker ID is "D68365384". It was done on Oct 22nd at Kondapur Branch, Hyderabad. I am tracking the same online since then and it was struck at Vizag and not delivered to Destination Address. when I am trying to reach the local courier office, they are saying 'they are helpless and nobody from destination courier in Vizag is lifting the phone'. It is simply careless...

I have sent a courier from delhi to nagpur (Zip-440009) with the consignment number X70813349. This has very important courier and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I have given my contact number in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. They haven't given me any details...

I booked a urgent courier from Vaishali to Khurja UP on 21 oct 2021 they said it will delivered on next day as it was booked under urgent parcel service

My parcel has reached Agra 24 hrs back, but they could not deliver...

Why I had selected DTDC, I could have send through Speed Post(by post office), I had paid 04 times more money, so that I get my parcel in time, but sorry to tell you that ur service is very poor in Agra due to irresponsible...

I had booked two parcels from Pune to Howrah which was shipped on 16th October 2021 with AWB number G91023132. After 18th October 2021, I can't see any update of those parcels as I am unable to track them.

The order has not been delivered yet, it has been more than 20 days. The order is to reach in less than 10 days but is still stuck in the dtdc office of shillong. When calling the service they don't response. We recommend you to take necessary action. Thank you...
