Whenever i try to contact pf office they don't pick the call or we have to hear busy time. I had applied for advance withdrawl of rs 50000 on 23 nov 2018 through online. On 4th dec 18 when i checked the statusn online it showed settled and the amount was deducted in my passbook as claim as per para. However even afterv 15 days when the amount was not credited to me bank account i checked my kyc stated which was incorrectly updated with 17 digit bank account instead of 16 digits.
